As demonstrated in the store, This OLED TV was outstanding! Unfortunately, online purchase processing and store processes forced my hand to cancel the order. Looking for another/equivalent as all features and images are AMAZING! Online discreption and images don't do it justice.

Bought this unit open box, was missing the power cable but have no issues with it other than that. Brightness is what you'd expect from an OLED. Would definitely consider getting blackout curtains for whatever room you put this in. Picture looks great and the built in OS runs smooth (for now at least).

This Samsung-65" S85D Series TV is an excellent value for our needs. We upgraded the wall mount as well and, at 38lbs, the TV was easy to mount and position. Samsung provides every possible screw, washer, spacer, and bracket needed for installation. Order and timely delivery from Best Buy were also superb.

Absolutely stunning viewing quality! I love the size and frameless form.

I am still learning and understanding the settings. It has 4K picture resolution and the Dolby sound is great. My games also look great they clear, detailed and easy on the eyes. The price was reasonable for the size and quality. This is my third Samsung TV.

Airplay doesnt work with streaming iphone apps. I have to watch Tennis channel via the internal web browser but it crashes because low memory. Masters.org streaming airplay won’t connect with TV. Bluetooth wont pair with new headphones. AppleTV device found on hdmi but I dont need this as the native AppleTV app pulls up apple content. Samsung support is ineffective. All works on 10 year old Visio TV just replaced. The remote layout is tough to navigate in the dark. You have to turn on the TV twice. The Samsung menu/interface is cumbersome moving between content as the back button needs to be hit many times to get out of apps and find the next app. You couldn’t find a worse TV and be more disappointed in a $1,200 purchase. Bestbuy will do nothing as I didn’t buy the protection plan last black Friday. I shouldn’t need to buy a protection plan for such simple expectations. So disappointed.

TV is bad and your company will not fix it scrambled picture

Samsung continues to make some of the best TVs on the market. This is a great option if you wish to upgrade to OLED without breaking the bank. You will pay more for OLED, but the picture quality speaks for itself. The viewing angle is terrific, and the user interface and setup is great. I use this as my main living room TV mounted, supplemented with a good soundbar system. This TV is greta for movies, gaming, and sports. I highly recommend this as an OLED option.

I upgraded to this TV from a Samsung 55-in curved. Did I bought in December of 2018. And I thought that TV had a great picture. But wow after watching a lot of different shows and movies, on this 65-in OLED, the picture is absolutely ridiculously clear. You can watch for many viewing angle You don't have any glare, even if I have a light on You don't really see it in the TV. Glad I chose this.
