    Screensaver comes on too frequently, especially when watching football on digital TV.

      Thank you for your review. To prevent image retention, the Screen Saver feature is enabled by default. Upon pressing any button on the remote, Screen Saver mode is canceled and returns to the original screen. If your OLED displays the same still image or doesn’t have an input signal from an external device for 2 minutes, Screen Saver is automatically enabled.

    I purchased this tv and just wow with the picture! Amazing picture! Beautiful. after taking it home, setting it up and connecting my soundbar i realize im getting zero sound. I connected the Sonos arc soundbar with hdmi cable to arc connection on tv. And no sound. After calling samsung they remote connect to my tv and tell me its defective. I go back to bestbuy, return it. Exchange for same one, take it home, setup tv, and still no sound! I call sonos support and they tell me to call samsung, i call samsung and they tell me my tv. Is also defective, to go back and exchange it! How frustrating to deal with. So apparently the hdmi arc port on the tv doesnt connect to anything plugged into it and the tv doesn’t recognize the sound bar. I think samsung knowingly knows about this common issue and still puts these tvs on the market for sale. Returning to best buy in doral for the 2nd time. I don’t recommend this tv to anyone whos connecting a sonos arc to it.

      I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble connecting your S90C to your Sonos Arc soundbar. Please be sure you’re using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel (sometimes called HDMI HEC cable). Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu.

      Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

    My first "smart" TV is taking some time to adjust. Keeping all the various passwords straight is a challenge.

    I think this product is excellent but my rating dropped because of the installation and poor follow through after issues by the Geek Squad

    Great TV when it is working. This TV checked all my boxes, great for movies, computer games, etc. One flaw, dead after 4 months. It is under warranty, and I am awaiting a new power supply. Been down over a week, and looks like it will be another 1-2 weeks for the parts and reschedule the tech. My previous TV a 65" 930D Sony, still working after 10 years.

    No Dolby Vision

    Lacks Dolby Vision which is the most commonly used HDR format. Xbox X, most Blu Rays and streaming services are Dolby Vision plus Roku became confused with this TV trying to send Dolby Vision format to HDR10+ TV setting resulting in a green line thought out the picture. Great TV if you don't need Dolby Vision and okay with HDR being downgraded to regular HDR 10.

    Great picture quality but the TV became a brick after only 1 year. Panel repair is apparently more than the TV… I’ll stay away from Samsung for a few years.

    This display looks amazing, but this TV has absolutely horrible software. Constantly drops audio, apps freeze, sometimes it just will not turn on, etc. Should have just bought another LG, but now im stuck with this frustrating thing.

    The picture quality is great but wouldnt recommend due to the other issues. This ranges from rf sensor malfunctioning so remote doesnt work to tv completely dropping network connections. For work arounds had use to smartThings connection on phone and had to use a rj45 ethernet connection.

    Great pucture but keeps freezing on streaming apps

      Thank you for sharing your experience with apps. If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
