Don’t buy flat screen Best Buy not guaranteed

Be careful with the delivery and installation. Very fragile and delivery may cause damages. My tv went bad in five months and they wouldn’t trade it Best Buy nor Samson. If you were to purchase tv go through Amazon because amazon guarantee. And file through Better Business Bureau try to resolve it for an even Exchange and still firm. Best Buy will never budge to satisfy the customer the blame gross the customer no matter what.

MOVIES Look Horrible.

I watch movies and the movie resolution looks like outdated video. Movies look like the style of old fashioned "soap operas." I tried to set movie mode, but no options - apparently. I bought this tv based on my film editors TV. The picture quality far surpassed what I now have. it's too late to return. SIGH.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

You need to avoid this terrible TV!!!

It's advertised as a 65-inch OLED TV, but it doesnt even use the full screen! I get a black strip along the left side of the screen and the top. I'm losing an inch from both. I've tried all settings and with no success. It just doesn't want to use the whole screen. The picture that is on the screen is decent, but I've seen much better. I wish I had bought the LG C3 instead of this awful TV! Im very disappointed with Samsung.

Thank you for your review. Black bars on the screen means the aspect ratio of your TV is different from the aspect ratio of what you're watching, or basically, the video you're watching is wider than your TV. In order to show the entire video without cutting the left and right edges off, black bars are used at the top and bottom to fill in the extra space on your TV. If you don't mind the sides being cut off, then you can usually adjust your aspect ratio on your TV to reduce or remove the black bars. However, the TV can be adjusted to help minimize this.
By adjusting the aspect ratio, you can get the image to fill the screen. Go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

Laughable Customer Service.

The runaround from the Store to the Philippines call center to the Minneapolis Minnesota call center and back again. Passed around between Store employees to call center to Geek Squad and back again - over and over again - for weeks with absolutely ZERO success. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your S90C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

Worst buying experience

The geek squad were late , did not call first, and they had not correct parts. Did not reschedule , left order open so could not cancel , then refused to refund and lied about calling back , still trying to get refund after 10 days .

Does not work well with an antenna

I watch mostly from an antenna and this tv has been dropping channels and putting up a screen saver in it's place even though the power saver is off. The tv guide has started to freeze when I try to page up or down. The picture is very bright but not very clear.

Don’t buy, break it following the directions

Called neighbor to move assembled tv to credenza, watched one movie. Next time tv would come on. Samsung repair came out, found a crack on the bezel. It’s unfortunate to hear your S90C TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

Disappointed
