First of all, I have never left a review on a TV product before but with this TV I absolutely had to. I own a 55” Sony A80J. Prior to that I tried and tested every TV under the sun from every brand possible. If you can name the top competing TV’s, I’ve had it. I eventually settled on the Sony because I got an extremely good deal on it. I was really happy with it and the picture quality is incredible but we recently moved and the 55” is just too small for our new place. So I decided to get a 65” TV. I love OLED but always thought it could use a little bit more brightness. So I decided to try and go back to an LCD TV and chose the mini led path and to nobody’s surprise it was extremely bright but having it side by side with my Sony, the LCD just could not compete with the blacks of the OLED so I decided to try the S90C to hopefully get the best of both worlds. Seeing it in the store I figured I’d be disappointed with the purchase since it didn’t look that much brighter than my Sony. And so I wasn’t expecting much when I was setting it up. When I finally went through the setup and pulled up an HDR video on both displays, I was left speechless. The S90C was wiping the floor with the Sony. It wasn’t even close. I could not believe the difference. My wife who couldn’t care less for TV’s stopped what she was doing and said “what’s wrong with our Sony, it looks like garbage compared to the new TV, why is it so dim? Have we always watched it like that?” Not caring about accuracy I decided to throw the Sony into Vivid mode just to give it a shot to look brighter, it didn’t help. Wow, I’m honestly floored. I cannot believe the difference in picture quality and colors and brightness. The Sony is only 2/3 years old, it’s a 2021 model but the S90C made it look like it’s from the 90’s. Pull the trigger, see the difference for yourself. You can always return it if you don’t share the same opinion but somehow I doubt that you won’t have the same feelings. It’s incredible. I can’t believe it made my A80J look like that. Tizen is a non issue if you use a streaming device. I personally have Apple TV 4k. HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision, virtually no difference. This TV has no downsides as far as I’m concerned. I love it. I can’t get enough of watching it. I’m going to rewatch everything now. Wow, just wow. Mind blown.

We have 4 Samsung TV’s, this is the latest and greatest. The size is perfect. The picture is amazing. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Great picture. Very clear and bright. Good remote. The redesigned pedestal is cheap and terrible. No longer a single pedestal but two plastic legs. That will work except they dropped the height of the tv. Now my Samsung sound bar will no longer fit under it centered. There’s only about 2” of height in the center. I can only place the bar to the side of the tv. Also the remote control sensor is in the middle which will be hidden if you place the bar centered in front of it. I’m selling my $500 Samsung sound bar system. It looks terrible with the bar sticking out so much on either side. I think Vizio makes one that is about 20” long. I may try that. Maybe one on each side of the pedestal using a hdmi or optical splitter. Whoever designed the base on an expensive high end tv like this should be fired. Absolutely no excuse for this blunder.

It had been about ten years since I needed a tv. Two days before the Super Bowl, mine failed to launch. A quick visit to Best Buy provided the opportunity to purchase 65” Samsung OLED tv that exceeded every requirement I was looking for in a television. The color and picture are so life-like that the images look nearly three dimensional. The Best Buy staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient of their product line. Couple that with great prices, you can’t beat Best Buy for your electronic needs.

Excellent image and the colors are vivid and the light sensitivity is the best I’ve seen. Easy to use and remote is easily charged.

The Samsung 65" OLED 4K TV (Model 65S90C) has superb picture quality. The sound quality is excellent. Overall, it's a great high quality product that's much better than the LG brand TV we previously had whose controller motherboard totally "died" after only 2 years of operation. I highly recommend this particular Samsung 65" OLED 4K TV model. In addition, the Geek Squad delivery and installation service was top notch. The Geek Squad technicians were quite knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and performed a very neat and high quality installation of my new TV.

The picture quality is great! But the audios not so great. Our last tv was a Panasonic plasma, but we never used the UI opting to use a TiVo and later Firestick. We have slowly been getting used to the tv’s UI but it’s hard to find the shows we’re already watching. Amazon has changed the firestick ui and made that less convenient as well (why do companies feel the need to “improve” things until they are no longer usable. While the UI is hard to use the processor is responsive. And I like that the tv will select the right mode (filmmaker) when suitable content is played. Sound quality is great. With our old tv we couldn’t understand dialog, but with this tv it’s no longer a problem. The reviews of sound wad one factor in choosing this over the lg oled.

The Good : great picture, very good antenna reception The bad: slow to power on. issues with sound. Lost sound twice and needed to factory reset to get it back. Having to reset and reconfigure the tv is a pain. The ugly: screen saver coming up while watching TV via an antenna. SCREEN SAVER MADNESS!! it will come on Every 2-3 minutes. I turned off the auto power save option. Still happening. Removed wifi and that fixed the screen saver issue for me. I stream via a fire stick. Honorary mention:low sound. Fixed by changing sound to amplified. I can’t recommend this TV until Samsung fixes the issues.

Have been very pleased with this TV. The first one that was delivered actually failed within a week but Best Buy promptly replaced it and no issues since. Beautiful screen and very good sound that isn't leading us to get external speakers.

Is a real fantastic experience to see how perfect everything is on this TV's resolution detail is incredible so do colors, the only inconvenient is that there is NO way to take off the screen saver that comes 30 seconds the tv is on pause, but I can get used to it, more pro that cons.

So far so good. The picture quality is improved over our previous model. The TV sound tied into the sound bar system enhances the audio. The non-reflective screen has eliminated the need to lower the blinds when the sun is up.

Unboxing was not easy. All tv’s this size should have a way to attach the stand in the box without laying on a counter or bed to install. The stand was not as sturdy as expected. After setup and ready to use. Apps like ESPN or Hulu have to be searched to find them. You can’t add apps to the Home Screen that aren’t already there. So that’s strange. Picture quality is great. Samsung tv is awesome, hundreds of channels for free!

This is my first Oled television. Wow! What a difference. The picture quality is outstanding. It is an exceptional television and worth the price.

Fantastic TV. Incredible screen detail, sound, and quality. Delivery should include more than just leaving the box on the floor in the living room. Reservation details were vague regarding what delivery included, specifically.

I’ll be getting it on Friday. I was stuck between the Sony and Samsung. My dad told me to check out this beauty. My eyes lit up when I compared the picture quality between the two in the store. Needless to say, I choose this one.

Product itself is great. We bought an 'open box - excellent condition' and it was missing multiple components that should have been included. Remote, TV stand, back panel. Still waiting on replacement parts. The smart TV was also not set back to factor settings and had someone already logged into the TV.
