    Worst television I have ever owned. The software is just unusable. It always tries to force you to view the Samsung tv app and there is no way to stop it or uninstall the app. Trying to connect to the tv via a phone like casting a show basically doesn’t work unless you have the app already open. I would just recommend finding another brand with better software. Samsung has really let me down with this one!

    Dead Green Pixel On my new $1500+ TV

    Ive had this for two weeks now. I noticed it 3-4 days in. I didnt think much of it and thought it would just fix itself. But it hasnt. It actually used ti just turn in here and there. But now it’s permanent. I want a refund. Swap it for the LG OLED instead if i could. Samsung is not it.

    Geek squad inspection teams dont even try

    Was sold an open box display model with serious burn in TWICE. After it happened the first time with a "Fair" condition model, I called the second store upon purchasing a "Good" condition model and they assured me they powered it on and inspected for burn in and dead pixels....they lied. Waste of time and gas money.

    Bought this 2 twice for my basement area . First time it was defective because it was missing the inner treat in one of the holes to mount a wall mount. I returned it Second one flickers ever so faintly , but enough to annoy you. Seems to be a common defect

      Thank you for sharing your experience. You can change the dimming feature of your S90C TV by adjusting some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. The ECO sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level. If the ECO Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for steady brightness setting.

      You can adjust Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving.

      You can also go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually adjust contrast.
