Great quality TV. deeper black, brighter, colors, less glare, and then bezels. In my opinion, the quality of the picture is worth the price. Yes you can buy a bigger TV with a 4K TV but the quality is too good. thermostat is terrible. There’s quick buttons for like Netflix and Amazon prime, that you can’t change to other shortcuts. The volume button is the same as the mute button you get up and down for volume and press it from mute and it gets frustrating because sometimes you muting it and you accidentally touch it up and then the volume is back . If you just a casual TV or movie watcher, you don’t have to spend the money for this get a big TV but if you want the quality of the film or the show, then go get this bro.

A Game-Changer in OLED TVs That Surpassed My Past

I recently became the owner of the Samsung S90C TV, and I’d like to share my impressions. Previously, I always considered OLED TVs from LG as the best choice for myself, but after seeing the picture quality on the S90C, my preferences changed instantly. The Samsung S90C impressed me with its stunning image quality. The OLED panel delivers accurate colors, deep blacks, and incredible contrast. What stood out the most was the brightness and vividness of the picture, even in well-lit rooms—the TV doesn’t lose image quality in bright lighting, which is a huge plus for OLED. The picture looks incredibly lifelike, and the details on screen are exceptionally sharp, even in the darkest scenes. The design is also worth mentioning. It’s incredibly thin, stylish, and elegant, fitting seamlessly into any interior. Even when the TV is off, it looks like a piece of art. The sound is impressive too—even without an external audio system, the TV delivers clear and immersive sound, which is rare to find in modern models. Overall, the Samsung S90C is an excellent choice for anyone looking for top-notch image quality, a stylish design, and cutting-edge technology. For me, this TV turned out to be the perfect decision, and I’m really glad I chose it over an LG OLED.

Man oh man where to start? I’d have to go with design. The panel is very thin, so be careful when handling. The colors out of the box are so punchy, you may need to adjust it a bit to get the right color profile you like. I had to turn mine down a bit just to get a more accurate looking color. The blacks are so deep, just as an OLED panel should. Even the viewing angles are very nice off to the side. The sound obviously is not gonna shake any walls, but surprisingly decent without a sound bar. And then there’s the price. At $999 at the time of sale, this tv punches way above its price point. Great TV for a great deal.

Purchased in Sherman, TX. This television was on sale over Christmas for $1599. I'm an electronics/computer guy, and I believe this to be a very superior TV. The picture is super, setup is very easy - even configuring external receivers and/or cable boxes. The remote is very small and slim with few buttons - some people may like that, some may not. There are NO buttons on the TV, which I find very strange, but seems like that is a trend. In full transparency, we had to exchange the first TV for another one due to a power problem issue with the first. It would randomly reboot multiple times a day. Again, I'm an electronics/computer guy, so I scoured the internet for information and did troubleshooting with tv settings, cables, power outlets, external devices, etc. It was definitely the TV that was the problem. The new TV works like a charm. FYI - I won't say this is a persistent problem with this model, but frequent enough that there were several posts on the internet with people complaining and asking for help. The Sherman store exchanged the TV no questions asked and unloaded/loaded for me. I have bought multiple smart phones, PCs, and now this TV from the Sherman store. The staff has always been polite, helpful, and went out of there way to make it a positive customer experience. I can't say all Best Buys are managed this way, but the Sherman store certainly is.

The TV is great. it is my first experience with an OLED so I was not sure what to expect, but last year I upgraded from a regular LED HDTV to a MiniLED which looks great, so I really wasn't thinking an OLED will still look better, but it does; and it is not only the black levels, but also the colors and the clarity of the picture. The MiniLED is brighter, but this one looks better, more natural overall. Motion is pretty good. The image is really sharp and crisp. The Tizen OS is pretty good an intuitive, easy to use and I have found all the apps that I need on it, so I don't have the need to use an external streaming device, leaving all HDMI inputs free. I am using one with a Dolby Atmos soundbar and the sound is great. I have hooked an Xbox Series S in another, and it is the best the Xbox has ever looked. Games look great and the TV has many great gaming features. The only downside for me is the remote, it doesn't require batteries which is great, but it is pretty small and with not enough buttons, I mean it doesn't have a dedicated button to change inputs or go to settings, you need to press a button several times in order to do that. But overall it is an impressive TV.

Magnificent color and picture definition. Comes with lots of smart TV goodies built in to keep you entertained. Heavy so make sure you have two people on hand to unpack and place this big guy on a stand. Remote control has no channel changing buttons. Order a BN5901315J universal remote from Amazon for full array on buttons.

I will start off by saying I took a big risk and it paid off. I bought an open box item from BB outlet. I have never done it and I felt a little crazy doing it. I look at alot of ads on BB and I decided to pull the trigger. I was going to buy a 75 inch Samsung LED on sale for $549.00. Im glad the salesman showed me the differece btw edge lit and OLED. Yes I was balling on a budget.I decided to look at some better models but they were so expensive and out of my reach. I went home and looked on the BB site and saw they had a OLED on sale for a $999. Yeah still dreaming but I happen to see they had one open box for $$$. I was like I'll go browse the BB outlet store and see what it looks like.Inside it was rows of tvs and as soon as I found the OLED section I found the Tv I was looking for the Samsung S90C OLED. I had them pull it and found everything i was looking for in the box was included. They plug the Tv to make sure it was operational. When I got home with this TV it was heavy and I'm 6'4 300lbs this tv is not a light weight. I open and set the S90C up in less then 15 minutes. My old Samsung 65in from 2016 couldnt even come close to the clarity and the sound.Out the box the S90C required little adjustment for the color and sound. I paid $280.00 less then brand new price so you do the math after taxes. I will always be a loyal Samsung owner. You get what you pay for. I happen to hit the Jackpot$$$. Thank You BB

After 15 years, my Sam Sung 55 inch LED finally gave out. Hence I needed a replacement TV. I don't normally keep up with the latest TV models... so I did not know what "OLED" was until I visited my local Best Buy and saw the better picture quality. This 65 inch OLED TV looks way better than my old 55 inch LED did. I really love this S90C OLED model. The one recommendation is to buy a spare remote that you can verify works with this model. This TV has no buttons in case you ever sit on the included remote... or the dog chews it up. It is a very small and not very durable looking TV remote. If you have Amazon Alexa Dot... you can program it to turn on and turn off the TV. However, Alexa cannot play for you a certain video on You Tube... or a particular song on Spotify. You need the remote to fully operate this TV. The other caveat with these OLED TVs in general is that they are card board-like thin... hence one needs to be careful taking it out of the box or moving it around. It feels like the TV can be easily damaged if handled improperly. Other than that.. rewatching my Blu-ray disks on the S90C OLED became a better experience with the picture and sound quality.

S90C is the Sweet Spot! Price to Performance!

Took my time before writing this review. I've owned the TV for about 3 weeks now. I love it. My first OLED TV and after weeks of research and staying in my budget... I STILL feel I made the right decision. Right now, this TV is STILL rated THE BEST OVERALL TV OF 2023 on RTINGS website. Price to performance it's the best. That's including the Sony A93L, A95L, LG G3, LG C3, Samsung S95C etc. Yes, there are more expensive TVs in a higher category that punch higher than this one... but this is the sweet spot here price to performance and overall features. For me it was this Samsung S90C or the LG C3 OLED. Best Buy salesmen seem to push LG hard however... I had enough knowledge to suggest some areas this TV is better. Compared to the LG C3 this has higher peak brightness, refresh rates up to 144hz for gaming, a next gen antenna input as well and less dimming than the LG C3 especially in game mode. Their response was... but what about Dolby Vision? Samsung has stood firm on their stance of not supporting Dolby Vision and hey... they are STILL the #1 TV manufacturer even WITHOUT Dolby Vision. Samsung is HDR10+ and that's final! As many have stated before... the difference between Dolby Vision and HDR10+ is a moot point and are almost indistinguishable. What can't be denied is there is more support for Dolby Vision than HDR10+ but more support for standard HDR10 than both. TVs I've viewed in the past seem to show Dolby Vision a lot dimmer than HDR10 and almost too dark for my liking. I am perfectly fine with watching Netflix in HDR10 even though they relentlessly push Dolby Vision. However, services like Amazon Prime and Apple TV+ happily have both HDR10+ AND Dolby Vision support. It's really a licensing/clout thing. After getting this TV setup, putting most of my content on Movie Mode or FILMMAKER mode when viewing TV and streaming services... It's good as I want it to be. It gets more than bright enough for my liking in HDR and SDR. I have all clarity settings set to OFF. Game mode and the game bar is a nice feature. Several settings to have things the way you want in Game Mode. It's not like some TVs that have all kinds of settings greyed out when you are in game mode. Samsung added A LOT of customization in this mode. Reflection handling is great, and the TV speakers are surprisingly decent. I still suggest external speakers. It's thin and the hype behind OLED is real. The blacks are insane. I can watch this TV in pitch black room settings and there's no blooming, bleed or anything. It's an amazing experience that you can't leave once you've seen it. Specular highlights in HDR is (chef kiss) AMAZING.

The good: So far, we are very happy with most things about this new TV once it is all set up. The picture is great, the sound is better than expected. We have been waiting a while and finally pull the trigger on a 4K TV when they came out with an OLED. The smart TV logs into streaming services much faster than my current Xfinity box. It is very thin and we are looking forward to mounting it on the wall instead of the stand when I find the time. The average. We had a minor problem with the Samsung website on signing up and accepting the verification code. It sent the code, and I entered it exactly. After about 7 tries, it finally let me in to finish the set up. It would have been nicer to have a more intuitive or customized menu that wasn't forcing you to those vendors that paid for placement rather than me picking what I wanted and excluding what I don't. Its smarter than my previous TV, but overly complicated and I fear not as secure or private. Cord management when on the stand isn't ideal, but manageable. Coax cable port should have been mounted in such as way as to not kink it and threads were a bit of a challenge. I wish it were set up for more than just 2.1 sound option for additional speakers. For regular cable TV, it isn't as convenient as the cable TV remote. The bad: The remote is terrible. The only good think I can say about it is the solar charger. Call me old school, I don't care. I want more dedicated buttons and buttons that mean something. It doesn't have to be a keyboard, but this is too austere and a tad small in the hand. Better instructions would help too. There are too few buttons, and they aren't for our commonly used features or well labeled. Since we only have Xfinity option here, it would be nice if the remote paired with their box AND I could tell what buttons shared those features.

I have owned a few oled tvs and S90C is the best one that i have ever owned. The picture is bright and very clear. The design is beautiful and it is very thin. The colors are very vibrant. It comes with four hdmi 2.1 ports and that's needed for me. You can't go wrong with the S90C if you love oled tvs. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

Bought this to replace an older Samsung LED 48”. Wow, what a difference in the picture as to clarity, color, etc. Love that it even upscales older tv shows from the early 70s, the picture is clear, but not as much as newer shows & movies. Comes preloaded with lots of free apps and content which are fantastic. Even the sound is better than my previous tv. Have not hooked up any soundbar or surround system yet as I’m satisfied right now with the audio quality. Only issue we had was after only 3 days of use, the tv stopped connecting to the internet and after numerous reboots, it would only last a minute or so and then the MAC address was missing. At this point the remote stopped working as well and had to connect a USB keyboard to the tv just to control the volume and navigate the menus. Called Samsung tech support and after 30 minutes they determined I needed to have a service tech come to the house to reprogram the LAN and fix the remote issue. Samsung service was out 2 days later and within 25 minutes fixed my issues and had the tv up and running again along with pairing the remote again. Apparently the control module went bad after only 3 days of use and once replaced, all was good. Keeping fingers crossed that there are no more problems. Overall, very happy with my purchase even with the small issue we had.

The smart functions on the ho.e screen is easy to navigate though your options. What realy cool is i can also start my PS5 without the tv on and it will turn on by its self and be ready on the PS5 homepage. I paired with a Samsung surround sound with adaptive sound. Love it....

Post- Super Bowl purchase. Just a spectacular OLED TV. Vivid colors and true blacks- no halo effects. Best Buy salesperson was very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Some quirkiness with trying to add the YouTube TV app so need to spend some time with a deep dive in the UI. Had a Samsung sound bar so no review on native TV speakers.

I’m a gamer first… but If you’re on the fence between this and the Sony A80L get this TV it is outstanding! As a PS5 gamer I wanted to stick with Sony; I brought home the A80L and I was left disappointed; it was nice and although better than my Sony 900h it just was missing that new TV pop; it was dim and my bright living didn’t help; so I returned it for the Samsung s90c OLED and was immediately amazed at how much better it was! Bright clear image, no reflections from my bright room! I know they say these are great in the dark; but the picture is even more amazing in my bright living room! This was the feeling getting a new TV should give you! It pops in all modes! Movies; TV; streaming apps; all look great! PS5 and series X games all look amazing! If you’re a PS5 gamer, THIS is the TV you want to play games like Stellar Blade on! Just go with this one!
