I was originally looking at the S95B, but it went out of stock during a sale. During the same sale I picked this one up instead and they were going for the same price. There was only 1 review for it at the time I bought it, but figured I'd take a chance. From what I could find online, this is actually the same TV, but without having owned an S95B, I can't say 100% for sure. This came on 7/15/23 running firmware 1448. The UI and everything looks just like I have seen in review videos for the S95B, but again, I haven't checked every little setting to see if something is disabled or enabled under certain conditions that might be different than the S95B. Normally the D models on a Samsung indicate it's for a big box store, and I think this is one made for BB, probably to say it's a "2023 model" and also prevent price matching requests. I did call 2 different BBs and ask if they were the same, and they just read the spec sheet and said yes, then one transferred me to some offshore support folks and they also read the spec sheet and said it was the same thing. With that out of the way, it's a really nice TV. I'm coming from a 65" LG OLED65B6P-U that was showing some signs of burn-in from subtitles over the past 6 years. This is a MUCH brighter screen, but you have to be super careful what mode you are in ( Dynamic is like watching TV on crazy pills ). I suggest doing the calibration using the Smartthings app on your phone, and then tweaking the calibrated Movie mode to taste. I disabled the power savings stuff to prevent it from changing the brightness automatically on me, and setting the Peak Brightness setting to High really makes a big difference. I wish the "expert" picture settings were available on the little "quick settings" bar at the bottom, but the full settings page does a good job of getting out of the way while making specific changes. The built-in UI is full of garbage, rows and rows of suggestions and apps I do not care for. I use a Fire TV anyway, as I like my Android apps like TiViMate. There is a small selection of iptv apps on the Samsung app store, but they aren't that great imo. I do like their Plex app a little better than the Android version, but that's about it. The integration with my Galaxy S22 Ultra is also interesting, albeit some features seem a little gimmicky. I don't know why I'd want to show my phone's camera on the TV screen, but it works and is pretty low latency. The Tizen OS, once fully booted, is plenty responsive, but not quite as quick on the draw as my Fire TV. The remote is the same as the S95B, and feels fairly cheap in the hand, but I'm using the Fire TV remote for everything other than setting it up, so whatever. The HDMI-CEC works well and routing audio to my receiver was very easy. The built-in sound is pretty good too as far as TV speakers go. So all in all, it's exactly what I expected and was looking for, and I hope it gives me several years of the same performance without firmware updates giving me a hard time.

Amazing tv. Very clear, VERY slim. My bf loves playing his ps5 on it too. I always compare other tvs to mine and i always prefer mine. Very high quality and user friendly. Also a very smart tv. Connecting apps or devices are never complex. Just get it. Good tv for a good price

Beautiful colors, great contrast, and an overall amazing picture. I had, I believe it was called, a Samsung U8000 before this and the contrast was terrible. I couldn’t see anything in dark scenes. So I researched this one and decided to buy it. I’m so glad I did! Now I can see everything clearly, no matter how dark the scene is. And it’s Super thin. The picture I added isn’t great at all. That’s my phone though, not the tv. But you can kinda still see how vibrant the colors are.

From everything that I can tell, this is the exact same product as the S95B. Someone else said it's missing a very rarely used feature called "tap view" which is just where you tap your tv with your Samsung phone and it will screen mirror. A moatly useless feature to begin with. I am also not seeing the raised blacks issue that people claim the S95B is "plagued" with. I dont see the red haze when ambient light is present. The OS is meh but its fast and the tv looks incredible.

Essentially the same unit as the infamous S95B from 2022. The picture is beautiful, as what one would expect from an OLED. The white is so bright that I had to decrease the brightness to 55-60%. (Of note, the TV is not next to a window nor in a super bright room) The other adjustment made was to disable the smoothing setting so to rid the soap opera effect. I don't really notice the greying of the screen when a bright light is directed onto it as some have described (from the anti-glare coating). Did not affect my viewing pleasure at all. I have not played with Tyzen since I use a 4K Google TV Chromecast dongle. Played Xbox without issue. Gaming is super bright even at the current 60% brightness setting. No opinion on the TV speakers since I started right off the bat with a soundbar/sub combo. If wall mounting, make sure you get the M8x30mm bolts X 4 needed. Got them from Home Depot. Too early to tell if burn-in would be an issue as feared by many on YouTube. I would not let a screen stay static for greater than 5 minutes on purpose anyways. I also don't watch shows with static logos in corners. For games, still too early to tell if static status bars/indicators would become problematic. It's difficult to be an early adopter of new tech, but this first model has been out for a year now with numerous firmware updates already (for the S95B at least, with much controversy). I believe this unit is on the latest firmware. So far with the content that I've been watching, I have no complaints. Mileage may vary for pixel peepers.

Dream color and image quality. Impressive viewing angle too. Night and day difference from my previous Samsung HD TV from 2014. The clearance price was irresistible too. The sound from the TV almost eliminates the need for a sound bar! The bass register surprised me. I only wish the remote had a simple tv input changer. I get around this by programming my Google TV remote to handle input switching. I prefer the Google ecosystem.

Great picture quality especially when watching Ultra HD Content. It is Amazon Alexa enabled which makes it an awesome addition to your smart home. You get great bass without needing a soundbar. However you have to care for the screen, since its OLED there is a risk of screen burn ins.

The TV is awesome, very bright, incredible picture quality, PS5 looks amazing. I exchanged 2 of these with faulty panels (2 dead and 1 stuck pixel), Best Buy support was very effective to arrange exchanges even offered to change the model, but s90c is an inferior choice and s95c is too expensive. Pretty good deal for a flagship QD-OLED. just make sure to test for defects right when you get it. The sound is so good that I decided not to buy a sound bar, for an apartment is excellent.

Extremely good picture and amazing price! It's also so thin that wall mounting keeps it close to the wall - a huge benefit with chidren.

This is a television made especially available to Best buy. It is same television as the next level that is generally available at a much greater price elsewhere. Picture is fantastic. The overall quality is fantastic. The sound cannot be beat. It might be the best picture I've ever seen. I don't believe there are better televisions out there, especially for the bargain price I got this at.

Have the tv a little less than a month and it has been great so far. Picture is fantastic for 4k streaming. Got OLED for the wide viewing angle and this one does not disappoint. Sound is decent out of the tv but I opted for a soundbar for watching movies.

The picture on this TV is unbelievable! The screen itself is thinner than my phone. Really like the solar powered remote, that can also be charged. If you're on the fence about OLED buy it you won't regret it!

FANTASTIC TV!! We mostly watch sports and the colors are amazing and when the sports action gets fast it doesn’t blur. The sound now projects through the back of the TV so to improve it we also purchased a reasonably priced SONOS soundbar

Awesome picture and deep blacks. Fantastic color. For the price ($1500 range), I’m very pleased with this 65” OLED screen.

The picture on this thing is awesome. Definitely so much better then i expected. If you are on the fence about this tv then you should efintly fet it.
