    We bought an open box TV only to find out when we got it home it didn't have the cable or remote control needed to operate. Was told the only thing missing was the stand. We were going to wall mount so that did not matter. Went back to the store where purchased and was given a remote and cable.

    It’s a very good TV, and it was the right one to buy for my relatives who watch sports in the afternoon in a room with many windows. The separate connections and power box is elegant and convenient. All large sets should have it. For myself, I would buy the LG model instead, as I really like perfect black areas, and I watch in a dimly lit room where nothing bright is directly opposite the screen.
