Worst tv ever. This makes my second time exchanging. The first tv the speakers were messed up now the second there is a black spot in the corner of the screen. Unacceptable for a $3,000 tv. I’m going with Sony on the next exchange

The 2nd 15+ Dead pixel open box Samsung S95D BB has sold me. Never again.

We bought this specific model because of the anti-glare screen. Our living room TV faces a wall of windows and we struggled to see the screen of our previous TV during daylight hours. This one works great! It has great color, sharp picture, easy to use smart features and we can see the picture on the brightest of days.

I am a big fan of the S95D, 65". I was looking for a glare-free solution to my obnoxiously bright living room and blinds which has been a problem with trying to enjoy movies/games for some time now. This screen has been the exact remedy I was looking for. It has an attractive matte finish that only shows signs of unwelcome light on it when the screen is off. The second it's turned on, glare is gone. The 4k HDR picture is crisp with vibrant colors and the interface is good. It's not super sleek, but not terribly clunky either... It's acceptable. I would say the biggest negative about this unit is the sound quality. There is a sound amplify mode which certainly helps, but anyone overly concerned about sound should hook up to a receiver or soundbar, which is easily accomplished with the eARC hdmi port. One thing that wasn't obvious right out of the gate is that there is a single connection on the back of this TV and all of the inputs are contained within a single "box" that can either be mounted to the back of the TV, or on the console below, which I have elected to do. Not an issue, but something to be aware of. I have been thoroughly enjoying sports, gaming and movies on the S95D. 5 star purchase for sure!

I love this TV! Great picture and those who are worried about the anti-glare screen....don't. It is as advertised. I have it in a living room that has a wall of large windows, and it performs wonderfully. Gone are the reflections that used to drive me crazy. The viewing angle is amazing. You do need to have some patience with the settings on the home screen, especially if you use a streaming box (I have an Apple TV), but once you get the hang of the navigation, it works great. I also love that you can use the Samsung remote for all devices and functions. I put my Sofa Baton universal remote away. Also I like that the remote is solar charged, or can be charged via USB-C - no more batteries! I have not had it professionally calibrated, but have tweaked the settings based on some YouTube videos I have seen, and that has been helpful in getting the best picture. I also got a great deal on an open box unit. I would suggest getting the "Excellent" ones instead of the "Fair" or "Good". The Geek Squad delivered and set it up for me, and did a great job. They made sure everything worked and showed me how to navigate the remote and the on screen menus. They also answered all my questions. If you also have a bright environment, this is definitely the TV for you.

I Love this tv has amazing sound and a amazing picture rich colors and I love the high refresh rate for the gaming side also have built in Xbox cloud gaming the the remote is amazing I can charge it with the solar or usb so creative works amazing also love the one connect box making only one cable go to the screen also the anti glare screen is a game changer highly recommend this tv

We bought this tv yesterday Mar 8th, 2025 and we immediately loved it. We walked into the store to buy a LG C4 but saw this one off to the side and were amazed that it didn't have glare like all the shiny OLED screens throughout the store. We definitely didn't plan to spend the extra money ($2400 vs $1500) but once we got it home, we definitely did not have any regrets buying this model. This tv sits in our upstairs living room. We have one wall of windows to the right of the tv 15 feet wide by 11 feet tall and one window directly behind the viewer. Our big windows catch the evening sun which caused us to close the windows when watching tv in the daytime/evening. Since buying this tv, we are able to watch with the windows wide open and the only glare we can see is when looking almost parallel to the screen. We couldn't believe how well the anti-glare screen works for us. Color is great, there is some blooming noticeable when for example the Apple tv logo comes on but not that big of a deal.

This is a stunning TV. The picture is impressive, tremendously clear from any angle, and no glare at all from room lights or sunlight during the day. When paired with a sound bar, it has a Q-symphony feature that couples the TV speakers with the soundbar speakers to create highly realistic sound. The anti-glare matte screen is a game-changer. Overall, happy with this purchase.

We love this new Samsung tv. Love that you can have the window shades open and there is no glare. The quality of picture on the screen is fabulous. It was very easy to set up and get running. Also our sales agent at the store was fantastic! Thanks so much!

I recently upgraded my home theater with this TV, and the difference is astounding. In case you’re torn between this and the S90D series television, I can 100% confirm that the anti-glare screen absolutely makes this model worth the extra cost. Believe me you will not regret it. Our entertainment center is directly across from 12’ of sliding doors that open to our patio and in the morning especially light floods into our living room suck that the only way to enjoy Premier League matches on weekend is to shut our curtains and essentially black out our living room. This TV has eliminated the need to do so, and the picture is absolutely amazing. When it’s off it even looks like some sort of stunning black hole. Highly highly recommended!

Best TV I've ever purchased!!! I have a huge bay window in my den where the TV is and i can finally watch TV with the blinds open because of the anti glare technology. The picture quality blew my mind as well.

Waited several months to buy this tv because I needed the 5 meter cable. Once I had that cable I purchased the tv and we are very pleased! Our family room created a lot of glare due to the windows and tv location. Our new S95D is glare free. The colors are vibrant and rich. I self-installed with 2 helpers. The delivery service was excellent. The driver gave us 2 updates on ETA and was actually a few minutes early. I highly recommed this Samsung tv and BestBuy.

Absolute game changer in our home (literally). Our previous 65” led had so much glare you couldn’t watch anything during mid day. Afternoon baseball was unwatchable. This tv has made viewing a pleasure, and the colors are amazing.

The picture is fantastic. I was apprehensive about the anti-glare coating because some didn't like it. I can say that the television is in a room where it gets some direct light, and is in total darkness at night. The coating on the screen is quite simply a non-issue with the picture quality for me. If you are hesitating purchasing because of the coating - don't. It looks great. You won't even notice it after the first week. I paired it with the Samsung Q990D soundbar. Had an issue with it disconnecting (seems a common issue) when the TV was turned on/off. Solved it by turning off eARC. I noticed no difference in sound quality after doing this. It has connected seamlessly 100% of the time since I made this change. At low volumes, it sound pretty much like a standard TV without a sound bar. At higher volumes the sound is very good. The bass isn't as deep as I'd expect, but overall it's not bad. You are not going to replace a high quality separate component sound system, but it is very nice. Very impressed with how Samsung integrated the TV, remote, and cable functions. As everyone knows, Tizen is a mess. If Samsung would just sit with a new user and observe the frustration of navigating, they would instantly see the illogical mess. I set it up so the two or three functions I need are somewhere on the screen and ignore the mass confusion around it. With that said, it's a generic problem with televisions and appliances and not isolated to Samsung. Who will be the first company to really pay attention to the user experience instead of just cramming everything on the screen. Hey companies, quit letting your Engineers design the user interfaces :) The biggest issue I have is the support for network video and pictures. On all my other Samsung TV's, I use the remote to go to select a source, navigate to a network drive, and play pictures or movies. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it with this TV. There is simply no DLNA apps that I have found for video, and I can't figure out how to show pictures off of a NAS. Both were easy to do with all my past Samsung TV's. Still searching for a solution. Can't believe the function was eliminated. Except for the streaming issues, the Television is great. I have always owned the higher-end Samsung models and this one compares well - and is clearly and advance in picture quality.

I was on the fence between the Sonys best Oled vs this one. And ultimately purchased the Samsung not only the price was much better but the fact that I can mount this extremely flush against the wall pretty close to the picture frame tv. The picture quality is right there next to Sonys but the punch that won me over was the anti reflective screen on the Samsung. The screen actually does a really well job of getting rid of that glare you get when in a bright room. I have a large window near the tv and two doors which causes a lot of light to come in. As a quick reference I had an older Sony that gave me a lot of glare, ex: I could see someone walking down the hallway or see the ceiling lights to where I had to turn them off to enjoy the tv. This tv is definitely worth its weight. Samsung S95D one connect box made it easier to fish just 1 cable down the wall for install. The one connect box makes changing hdmi inputs in the future a lot easier when dealing with in your entertainment stand where I have my Xbox as well. The sound coming out this tv when connected to the Same Dolby atmos soundbar as I had before is much better where as my 4 yr old Sony oled had issues that sound would not be as good and it had Dolby atmos as well.
