Decent Deal on an open box but the store wouldn’t even clean up the product or look for product’s accessories at or before delivery/ pick up, overall experience was like picking up from a trashy consignment store,
Terrible Customer Service overall during pick up.
You can’t even call the store to check on anything, it goes into a global customer care that can’t give you any relevant information

I originally purchased an LG C-3. It was a great image, but it was mounted under my brand new big patio cover. The reflections on the screen made it impossible to watch during the day. I replaced it with the S95D because of the matte finish screen. Looks great!! Geek Squad did a great job of attach it to my new motorized ceiling mount from Vivo.

Great picture, don't worry about the anti-glare

The picture is fantastic. I was apprehensive about the anti-glare coating because some didn't like it. I can say that the television is in a room where it gets some direct light, and is in total darkness at night. The coating on the screen is quite simply a non-issue with the picture quality for me. If you are hesitating purchasing because of the coating - don't. It looks great. You won't even notice it after the first week.
I paired it with the Samsung Q990D soundbar. Had an issue with it disconnecting (seems a common issue) when the TV was turned on/off. Solved it by turning off eARC. I noticed no difference in sound quality after doing this. It has connected seamlessly 100% of the time since I made this change. At low volumes, it sound pretty much like a standard TV without a sound bar. At higher volumes the sound is very good. The bass isn't as deep as I'd expect, but overall it's not bad. You are not going to replace a high quality separate component sound system, but it is very nice.
Very impressed with how Samsung integrated the TV, remote, and cable functions.
As everyone knows, Tizen is a mess. If Samsung would just sit with a new user and observe the frustration of navigating, they would instantly see the illogical mess. I set it up so the two or three functions I need are somewhere on the screen and ignore the mass confusion around it. With that said, it's a generic problem with televisions and appliances and not isolated to Samsung. Who will be the first company to really pay attention to the user experience instead of just cramming everything on the screen. Hey companies, quit letting your Engineers design the user interfaces :)
The biggest issue I have is the support for network video and pictures. On all my other Samsung TV's, I use the remote to go to select a source, navigate to a network drive, and play pictures or movies. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it with this TV. There is simply no DLNA apps that I have found for video, and I can't figure out how to show pictures off of a NAS. Both were easy to do with all my past Samsung TV's. Still searching for a solution. Can't believe the function was eliminated.
Except for the streaming issues, the Television is great. I have always owned the higher-end Samsung models and this one compares well - and is clearly and advance in picture quality.

I was on the fence between the Sonys best Oled vs this one. And ultimately purchased the Samsung not only the price was much better but the fact that I can mount this extremely flush against the wall pretty close to the picture frame tv. The picture quality is right there next to Sonys but the punch that won me over was the anti reflective screen on the Samsung. The screen actually does a really well job of getting rid of that glare you get when in a bright room. I have a large window near the tv and two doors which causes a lot of light to come in. As a quick reference I had an older Sony that gave me a lot of glare, ex: I could see someone walking down the hallway or see the ceiling lights to where I had to turn them off to enjoy the tv. This tv is definitely worth its weight. Samsung S95D one connect box made it easier to fish just 1 cable down the wall for install. The one connect box makes changing hdmi inputs in the future a lot easier when dealing with in your entertainment stand where I have my Xbox as well. The sound coming out this tv when connected to the Same Dolby atmos soundbar as I had before is much better where as my 4 yr old Sony oled had issues that sound would not be as good and it had Dolby atmos as well.

Best TV of the 7 I have

I have a lot of TVs. LG C1, C2, C3. Samsung Q7f, Samsung NeoQLED QN90A, and another basic Samsung TV. With the exception of the basic Samsung TV I got for free, the other 5 are all considered great TVs by the media and are in various rooms of my house.
This Samsung S95D is absolutely incredible. I balked at first because of all the trolls saying the Matte screen impacted quality, etc. I happened to be in BestBuy for a different reason and walked by the TV section and purposefully went to look at this TV. With the other TVs surrounding it for direct comparison, this TVs picture was INCREDIBLE. I didn’t need a new TV at all. But to put this TVs picture in perspective, I had to have it. The matte finish is perfect for my living room and the bright window in the back. The picture is the best of every TV I own and I definitely recommend this to everyone who doesn’t mind spending $3k on a TV. It’s the most I’ve ever paid for a TV, but I guess that’s ok since it’s the best TV picture of all my TVs.
I liked the sound on the TV. No complaints, but I bought a Samsung sound bar so I could take advantage of their “Q-Symphony” feature which is more gimmicky than anything, but when you spend this much on a TV, you at least want to be able to take advantage of any special features. The TV plays nice with the soundbar and I haven’t noticed anything weird about the TV processing sound to the soundbar.
Overall, the trolls that say the Matte screen impacts the image quality/fidelity and just trolling. This TV’s picture is stunning. I didn’t think things could get much better than my QN90A NeoQLED, but somehow someway Samsung took this S95D to the next level. I’d buy one to replace every TV in my house if they weren’t so expensive, but worth the cost in my opinion and it’ll probably be $800-$1,000 cheaper in the New Year.
No regrets on this purchase.

It had been about 10 years since I last purchased a TV, and I was very pleased with my old 55" Samsung LED TV. It served me well, but over time, I realized our viewing experience wasn't as great as it could be.
I stopped by my local Best Buy to check out new TVs and had a great conversation with the sales team. We discussed the pros and cons of different models, and while I was initially hesitant, I decided to go ahead and order this TV along with the recommended Samsung HW-S800D sound bar.
After a month of use, I can't believe I waited so long! The picture is incredibly clear, crisp, and vibrant—I’m seeing colors I didn’t even realize I was missing before. The integrated sound between the TV and the sound bar is seamless and amazing.
One standout feature is the anti-glare screen, which makes watching TV in our room with lots of windows an absolute breeze. It did take a little time to adjust to managing it with my Amazon Firestick like I did with the old TV, but now it’s all smooth sailing.
No issues so far—I absolutely love this TV and wish I’d upgraded sooner!

Wow! what a picture. I have had this TV for 5+ months now, and it remains a joy to watch Movies/TV shows etc on it. During early evening, I have direct sunlight hitting the screen absolutely ZERO glare. You will have to take the time to get the settings correct (use rtings.com as a cheat code). Tweak them a bit and you will be very happy.

Picture quality is great! We love how sharp it is. Football games look great using the Ai picture mode!
Sometimes not so great on indoor scenes using several different color lights from above such as this years (2024) Christmas Mormon Tabernacle Choir. The right side of the choirs faces had splashes of blue. Not sure if there is a fix for this in picture mode??
Why only 4 Stars
However, there are so many setup choices that you need to be aware of that I wish I had downloaded and reviewed the user manual before the TV was delivered.
We paid for setup which includes movement of existing TV to another room. Good thing we did because the setup crew added our devises such as 2K Blu-Ray player and COX TV. When this was done I wished I had paid attention and asked how this was done for when I later added other devises such as an Amazon Fire Stick and 4K Blu-Ray player!
I am glad I paid for “My Best But Total” which adds 2 years of warranty, AppleCare+ and 24/7 Geek Squad tech support to anything you buy at Best Buy. It included VIP member support and I used it help me find and setup Filmmaker mode on the TV.
Kudos to the Delivery and Setup crew they were very patient and helpful with all our questions! This TV comes with a separate HDMI box that can connect to the included TV’s stand or a long cable that connects to the back of the TV if you want it mounted on the wall (mounting material and work is extra). We had the HDMI box put on the TV stand. And, we kept the long connection cable in case we decide to have the TV mounted on the wall!
They even added carrying straps to the TV box when we told them we wanted to keep the box and packing material the TV came in!
Great job guys and you get 5 Stars!

I bought this TV in the 65 inch version. The clarity and low reflectivity/no glare feature is exceptional. Fast motion sports have virtually no blur and my wife loves being able to read words on the screen from different angles. Being in our 70’s, I can say the picture clarity and screen size cause a lot less eye strain and fatigue than smaller sets that do not have the non glare feature. The sound quality is excellent, however we prefer using our Vizio 5.1 sound system to get full theater sound. We use a ROKU Ultra for streaming Spectrum and other services. We also use a SONY 4K upscaling blu-ray player. All the peripherals work perfectly with this TV. If we watch older shows that we have seen before, the picture quality of this TV makes it like seeing a re-run for the first time again!

Great TV everything I hoped it would be. I don’t even notice the matte screen and it doesn’t distort color or motion. Once I set up the TV and turned it on I was disappointed, it didn’t seem much better than my previous Samsung 4K. I went into settings, picture, picture mode looking for the different picture modes e.g. standard, movie, eco, but they weren’t there just a couple of picture mode settings I’d never heard of and can’t remember. The next day I decided to calibrate it in the Samsung’s app Smartthings. When completed I went back to picuture settings, picture mode and standard, movie, eco, ect were there. I went to standard and the picture difference was like night and day. I’m verry happy with my purchase. Spectacular color and detail. A hugh upgrade.

What a beautiful tv! The color accuracy, AI integration, picture enchantment all make this OLED TV something special. Samsung’s anti- glare feature prevents most light to affect the color no picture quality in even the most brightly lit room. I have been window shopping for over a year for an upgrade and I was debating between the LG G4 or this Samsung S95D and I’m glad I went with this unit! I currently have this in my master bedroom and with a couple of hours of direct sunlight and moderate light throughout the day and I see dark accurate colors and no color bleeding in these said environments. The only issue, which very well could be user error, is the Apple Airplay and Screen Mirror feature not working after the initial setup and testing.

Premium Viewing Experience & Exceptional Clarity

I recently upgraded my home theater with this TV, and the difference is astounding. The color reproduction is incredibly accurate, bringing movies and shows to life with a vibrancy I haven't experienced before. 4K content is breathtakingly sharp, and the clarity of the picture is truly remarkable.
However, the most impressive feature is the anti-glare technology. Even in a brightly lit room, there is zero distracting glare on the screen. This allows for comfortable viewing from any angle, without compromising image quality.
If you're seeking a premium viewing experience with exceptional picture quality and innovative glare reduction, I highly recommend this TV.
