This unit has no problems and is plug and play. Program ability rates 5 stars. The only down side I see is the home screen and I bet if I looked into it that is programable as well. I'd buy it again

Our last tv was really old so the shades were dark and hard to see detail. Our Samsung tv makes you feel like you can see every detail!!

The TV was expensive, yet the menu felt laggy and the upscaling was noticeably poor. On top of that, the unit I received started constantly rebooting right out of the box. I understand defective TVs happen, but after checking online, I saw a surprisingly high number of reviews describing the exact same issue -- pretty outrageous for a flagship model. The few moments I managed to watch content between resets looked excellent, but streaming major sports looked surprisingly bad for a $2-3k TV. In the end, I returned it and purchased another brand with a much smoother menu experience and far better upscaling...

It is my first OLED to be fair. The Matt screen is not noticeable and it performs unbelievably well in ambient indoor lighting.
