Great TV! Install was on the harder side...but not the fault of the TV, more of location installed. Picture looks great and looking forward to watching some movies on it. In "frame" mode it deos look like a picture as we had friends over and they were arguing if it was a picture or not...entertaining! I put sound quality as good because there is not a NA as I connected it directly to a sound bar.

So happy with this Frame TV.By far the easiest set up for smart tv I have ever used and picture is great quality.

Love this picture and the sound quality is good even without additional sound bar. I like the hub...makes it easy to plug in other devices too and keep them hidden. The art that comes for free is fun and popular...subscription would he fun but not necessary. I like the frame idea (stylistic frame for the TV, but they are pricey (just under $500 from Amazon).

I LOVE IT!!! I was apart of Itty Bitty TV committee but not anymore... I waited 12 years for the perfect Tv for my Theater room. I love my Tv so much that i called Best Buy to upgrade my 65 inch to the 75 inch. Art mode and the fact that you can frame it too, SOLD ME. The only Con is I wish it had more processing power.

It’s pretty sweet and once set up properly truly looks like a piece of art. I feel the $200 frame is a bit much for very thin plastic, they aren’t even wood! But it does add to the affect. Remote is handy, solar powered and works well. With a purchase like this I like to ask “would I buy this again”? Yes we would!

We are so in love with this tv! It looks exactly like a high end picture! We based the white frame and omg it’s amazing! The geek squad team installed it and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out! Just make sure you have the cut out in the wall to hide the box so there isn’t any cords!

The Frame TV was the perfect choice for my living room! It's an outstanding television, elegant, and looks great with the art images all the time. I don't watch TV all day, so I appreciate having a lovely scene on my living room wall.

The salesman at Best Buy was very informative. I walked in to look at several TVs with no intention of buying until later. I walked out with the 65" Frame and couldn't be happier. I had the Best Buy installers hang and set it up. The service was great and I would highly recommend!

My wife wanted this tv to put over fireplace in our new home because she didn't want to stare at a black square while not watching. I was reluctant but glad i agreed. We buy new pictures on Etsy for a few dollars. People can't believe its a tv and not a picture.

I really love my Frame tv. It was easy to install and has a very clear picture. I have it four stars for two small reason. I wish I didn’t have to pay for the “art” continually. Also, not all apps are available. For instance, I like the Frndly tv app but it is not available otherwise very happy with tv so far.

Great features and no glare. Interesting little cable connects the power and audio/video to the control unit behind my wall in our storage area. Never seen anything like it. Love the photos features, really great. Connected a SONOS RAY Soundbar to the control unit, and now can hear the TV anywhere my SONOS speakers are, cool.

There was a slight learning curve at the beginning, but after a short time reviewing the format, I find this is a wonderful tv! I love the fact i can change pictures daily! This tv is very impressive.

Love, love, love this TV! Awesome picture, decent sound. Beautiful sleek design that totally blends in, and truly looks like a painting. Choice of different color frames. We went with the light wood.

The picture quality is excellent and I’m really enjoying the seamless UI. It’s sleek and just Jay we needed.

A beautiful viewing experience. The artwork is such a fun feature and the Geek Squad installation was very well done. Please ignore the second tv in the photos - still working on the room. Will add raceway for the sound bar cable later. I added photos to show art mode, video games, and tv show at an angle.

We like the Frame TV. I did not want to have a TV screen in our front room but having a TV that looks like a picture is OK. I like that we can upload our own photos.

Great TV. I like the matte picture, however our other samsung tv is better and that was $1000 less. The photos that you would want to put in the from have to be purchased from the samsung store or you can signup for a monthly subscription... I'd recommend purchasers just use their own photos for the frame. Sound is lacking on most of these tv's and installation for the frame... well I was very anxious hanging this tv because of how thin it is and the bracket it comes with.

Best tv ever for living room. Art is fantastic while not on. Wouldn't put it in a room where tv is the primary use, but for common areas, there's nothe better!
