Awesome for a room with a lot of light - NO MORE GLARE! I love it - delivery was great, easy to set up

We LOVE it! Not only does it make a great portrait in the daytime, it also is an excellent tv. Crisp picture but subpar sound. Definitely needs a soundbar. But most tvs do.

The 65" Samsung frame is everything that I thought it would be and more. It has all the streaming platforms, and the internet. I love the pics and is a good conversation piece as guest stare at it before asking if it's real. You can also share your personal pics also. I'm pleased with the product. I will say the picture from that's separate is very expensive. I'll have to wait on that for sure.

Love the ability to have the “art” match the season or mood! In TV mode the picture quality is excellent.

It’s so cool. Looks amazing on my wall. So much cleaner looking then having a mount and a tv sticking off the wall.

Got the 65 inch. Obsessed, love it, with every penny. Bought it for full price, the Best Buy gave me a $300 refund because the price dropped within 60 days. Big fan.

It was great while it lasted. After only 2 1/2 years, a huge brown burn mark appeared in the center of the screen the manufacturer warranty was no longer valid, and also the Best Buy extended warranty, expired. I had a Samsung technician come out to the house today and the cost to repair the screen cost slightly under the price of a new TV.

This is a wonderful TV. My husband loves the picture feature. The picture is clean and really looks like a portrait. I would but again

This is an awesome television. I turns that blank, black screen on your wall into a beautiful piece of art. I am using it also to show my own landscape photographs in addition to the art available within the subscription. I’m also finding it useful to curate my own work. Those that I get tired of are removed, and those not, stay. The matte screen is also unique reducing glare making a very pleasant viewing experience. Just love it!

We love our Frame TV! We have a beautiful black and white phone up 90% of the time and watch the best tv/sound system we’ve ever owned!

We wanted to jazz up our master bedroom a bit by building a fireplace wall and storage. We didn't want our bedroom to look like a TV room when we weren't watching TV and the Samsung 65" frame TV, paired with the Q990C sound system was perfect for great quality audio and visuals but none of the TV 'look' and cables. It's gorgeous and of course when we want to do movie night from in our bedroom, it is amazing!

We love our new purchase. The Geek Squad got it all se up. It looks great as a piece of art and the TV is so clear. We got the Sonos sound system.

I got the 65 inch version. Love the fact that it’s matte display. It really looks like a painting. Due to lack of space on my wall, I just use it with the leg stands on a Ikea TV unit. Love it. It’s not cool that you have to purchase the frame bezels separately, they should offer at least the standart colors like white and beige for free. They are not cheap. Overall I’m happy with my setup. You also have to purchase the artwork if you want a famous piece of artwork.

The tv is great when it works. BUT, I’d suggest buying the warranty given its price and because you’re committing to this model of tv if you mount on the wall (I am not a “warranty guy”.) These frame TV’s do have issues, and the service guys will tell you the same. Our first broke after 2 years. Samsung completely replaced it (kudos to them since it was technically out of warranty), but the replacement broke AGAIN only after a few months. Not making this up. Since it was out of warranty, they didn’t agree to help any further. Because we already had the special mount specific for this tv, we decided to bite the bullet and buy another one, but added the 5 year warranty. Hoping Best Buy and geek squad comes thru if we have another lemon.
