This review has been posted several times... not sure why Best Buy isn’t posting it to the site. Purchased TV in May issues started about 33 days later (after warranty expired). Called bestbuy and was told to contact Samsung. Th blinks off and on. Some days it didn’t come on. I’m being censored so I’ll post my complete review of the process on another site. Tv looked good on the wall but it was a waste of money. Paid to get it mounted and had to take it down to return,

Used this tv since Dec 2020, bought it for when I got a PS5...Ha! Well now Sep 2021 I have a dead pixel or shadow not really sure. Wife says it's not a big deal I see it differently. When you pay near 2k to look at something it should function in totality for longer than a year.

    Loving my new TV

While in quarantine, I have been enjoying my new 65" Frame TV from Samsung. Crazy, how I waited this long to make a TV upgrade. This TV is amazing, and has so many features that I love! The features that stand out and make this a must have TV are: Picture Quality is Amazing - The Frame by Samsung is a QLED 4K TV, with 100% color volume with quantum dot, which makes you feel like you can reach out and touch what is on the screen. This TV comes with adaptive picture - Depending on the lighting in your room, the TV uses adaptive picture to optimize and analyze the picture, adjusting the picture, so you have an amazing viewing experience, day or night. Smart Features: The Frame by Samsung also offers Smart Hub, which includes Universal Guide and TV Plus. You can also control it with Bixby Voice, mirror your phone and even pair it with Alexa and Google Assistant. My girls love having dance parties in the living, listening to Alexa play their favorite songs, and having the music wall provide colorful backgrounds that dance along to the music. They say it is so much fun to watch and dance along to. :-) I am a gamer and was quick to hook up my X-Box. I love playing my video games as the picture quality and movement of the scenes are so lifelike and smooth. Another cool feature of the Frame is that When you are not watching the television, or you walk away to do something the Frame detects you are no longer there viewing the screen, and switches to art mode. After a pre-defined period of time, it shuts off. I could go on and on about all the amazing features that make the Frame from Samsung an amazing TV. But, instead, why not check it out for yourself? Once you set eyes on this "artful" Frame TV you will what I mean, and why I love it! Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback.

You Have Never Seen a Television Like This Before.

We recently got the new 65" The Frame by Samsung, and LOVE IT! I am kicking myself for waiting so long to upgrade to this television. Not only is a great TV for viewing shows and movies, but it truly is a work of art. Let me share some of the features and stand outs that make this the must have television for families looking to upgrade their televisions... Picture Quality: The Frame by Samsung is a QLED 4K TV, with 100% color volume with quantum dot, which makes you feel like you can reach out and touch what is on the screen. Just this AM, we were watching Toy Story 4 for the second time, and my youngest daughter and husband couldn't get over the crisp pictures from this animated movie. Woody and the others looked so lifelike it was incredible to watch. We have found that the amazing picture quality of The Frame makes us want to go back and watch all our favorite movies and television shows, as the old television we had didn't do the picture quality any justice. Smart Features: This television is equipped with Smart TV Powered by TIZEN™ with Bixby Voice, Apps and Full Web Browser. It also works with Alexa and Google Assistant, and your smartphone. You can mirror your mobile device or laptop running on Windows 10 to the television. We have been using this feature for our girls' online ZOOM classes, and it makes it feel like the girls are sitting in class with their friends and teachers. The Frame by Samsung also offers Smart Hub, which includes Universal Guide and TV Plus. The Frame by Samsung also offers Multi View, which splits your TV screen in two, allowing you to check sports stats on one side, and watch news or your daily workout on the other. Pretty cool if you ask me! Like I said, I am so glad I listened to my family and upgraded our television. It has truly upped our viewing experience and made it more enjoyable to say the least. My girls, especially love watching all their favorite animated movies in a clean and clear picture. My husband loves his video gaming experience, and could spend all day on it. I am just in awe of the art mode and the total picture viewing experience. It is unlike anything I have experienced before. As you can tell by my thoughts shared above, I am giving the Frame by Samsung 5 stars. It exceeds all my expectations in picture and sound quality, and the smart features and art mode put this television in a class all its on.

I am in LOVE with my new 65" Frame TV by Samsung! The picture is absolutely stunning! It does actually look like a picture frame and mounts almost completely flush to the wall. There are different style frames to choose from as well so it fits your decor. You can also purchase the easel stand separately, but I really like how it looks on the wall. Side note, this TV is extremely heavy. Though I was happily surprised that it came with all the necessary equipment to mount it to your wall. It took two people about 2 hours to get it fully mounted and installed. The instructions were very easy to follow and it came with a template for drilling the holes for the wall mount. It did come with screws and mollies for brick, concrete, and wood with applicable instructions. Some of my favorite features are the Art mode and ambiance mode. You can subscribe to the art gallery to get hundreds of pieces by famous artists to choose from, however, it also gives you 20 free pieces to display that are all beautiful. The ambiance mode allows you to choose from different moods and have soothing images and sound effects displayed on the TV. There is an assistant called Bixby you can set up to use voice controls on the TV as well which is pretty cool. It also integrates with Amazon Alexa. It does not currently work with Google Assistant and we couldn't add it to our Google Home. It does come with apps as well so you can access Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc all from the TV. We have really enjoyed watching movies and even music videos from our new Samsung TV! Everything looks more vivid, clear, and defined. My only complaints are that it took a long time to install and was extremely heavy. The backlight also bleeds through the dark scenes so it's not as clear as bright scenes and colors. Other than that, this is an amazing TV! Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback.

    Amazing Smart TV

I love my Samsung - 65" Class The Frame QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV. It’s so simple to install, I didn’t even have to purchase a wall mount separately. There is no gaps, and no wires all over the place. It’s just all around perfection. The quality of the picture is amazing and has features that allow you to change the settings such as brightness, color and more to suit your needs. The voice remote feature takes life to another level, I mean Alexa can now control my television as well as other connected devices with this remote. The Art display makes it so classy looking when not in use and really makes the room look so much better. The frame is interchangeable to suit any room decor. There are over 20 free ArtWork to choose from or you can subscriber to the ArtStore and add more from the art gallery. My favorite is you can add your own, so great for displaying your family portrait. There are other features like Samsung TV plus that gives you access to additional channels. You can access apps like Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, Amazon and more. I definitely recommend this television for everyone in the market for an upgrade. The Perfect Picture

I am so excited to own The Frame TV by Samsung. It is sleek, modern, easy-to-use, and personalized. The Frame’s art has something for everyone. Setup went quickly. This TV even came with it’s own free Samsung television channels. It works with all the popular streaming services I previously used seamlessly. You are also able to setup Alexa, Bixby and Google if you choose. My Bluetooth products such as Soundbar and Fridge have easily to connect to the Frame whether Samsung or not. I have noticed while watching movies and shows on the Frame that the border seems to disappear for me. I get a better viewing experience with a crisp picture that stands out at all times even when my tv is turned off.

Super Clear picture, easy to connect multiple devices. The art feature is pretty cool, easy to upload photos from your phone, the filter choices make your photo truly become pieces of art. Has all the apps you could ever want, easy to navigate. It is pretty cool using the TV remote to control the cable box, truly one remote needed. The hub for the connections in pretty sweet, one thin wire connects to the TV which cleans up the look. Not sure if the extra $400-$500 for the art feature is necessary since it is simply a screen saver, but it is a cool feature. If they offered a couple frame choices in the box that you could click on, they would be a good addition.

This was my big Covid-19 hunkering down purchase and so far well worth it. Most people buy this TV to hang discretely on their wall, I however did not buy it for this reason and instead am using it as a traditional tv to go right in my book shelf/entertainment center, surrounded by speakers, books, and records. The reason is I’d still rather have something pleasant to look at (art) when not in use as opposed to a big black rectangle. It works great for this and is indeed a pleasant look. Art mode is brilliant and the motion sensor works perfectly. Coming from a 10 year old 50” Panasonic plasma TV, the 65” 4K HDR picture is visually stunning and after a week of use I’m still in a bit of shock. There was a bit of a learning curve for me to get it to work with my universal remote and all the right settings, but really no complaints. Well done Samsung.

I have owned many Samsung televisions. What I liked about this TV was more aesthetic, the idea that the television can appear to be a work of art. The TV definitely can do that. My only complaint is that it is not as bright as other 4K samsung models. I have adjusted the settings and have become somewhat adjusted to its limitations. It’s not a deal breaker and I don’t regret the purchase, but if you are looking for a 4K television with a bright picture look to other Samsung models.

Looking for a great tv to go over fireplace in living room. But at 65" it looks terrible when it's off! Frame by Samsung was the answer. Qled picture for movies, news, specials, etc. When it's off, I leave it in picture mode. I set it to scroll thru my pic's. Lots of customization options some free, some low cost subscriptions. I needed the Frame, whether you are looking for a "picture" or just a fantastic TV. This is a great choice. Btw ... I had this installed by the Best Buy Magnolia / Geek Squad team. Everything went very well and I'm very pleased with my entire experience.

I’m not one to submit a review, but when I come across a product that exceeds my expectations I’m happy to share. I bought this TV during Black Friday so definitely got a good deal, the 65” is a perfect size over the fireplace in living room, and the quality of the TV picture is outstanding. But what really sealed the deal is having a picture display vs. a black screen when the TV is not on. My wife has it dialed in showing museum art work, or pictures we took which we display on the screen. It comes with its own bracket to hang the TV which is super easy to do and I did myself. Someone at Samsung has been thinking outside the box, so good for them.

Very nice Smart TV. Nice physical design and frame (black frame purchased separately). Overall features are great - ranging from the Art Store, apps, to the free Samsung TV channel service. Room for improvement areas: brightness (after hours of fiddling with various video and picture settings, still not as bright as I would hope. Some darker movie scenes are simply too dark), side-viewing and glare (wish this was better, especially when showing art), and cost (quite the premium, considering the initial cost, the art subscription and frame)

Picture quality is good, although a little dim when in a sun filled room. Art mode is excellent, but loses its effect when the tv is on a stand. It really comes alive when you have the tv wall mounted with hidden cables. Certain images look more like art than others.I wish you could set a default smart tv app - by default it goes to SamsungTV+ which I never use, and that's annoying. Even with those complaints I'm happy with my purchase.

Only had it for three days but so far so good. Good Great picture and like the art aspect. Love the remote. Small and easy to use. Like Samsung tv so far. Bad. Don’t like that I was told that it could be placed right against the wall but had to have a recessed outlet to do it. Had to buy a mount to make it work. Also don’t like that I only have a few art work pieces to choose from. Have to buy others.

Picture is great, it was easy to install. I was not sure at first because of the price but have really been impressed with how clear the picture is. Currently the only issue is we have to keep setting up the sound bar as it seems to quit working with the TV ever other day, but maybe that is me and how I set it up.

Very happy with the picture quality & features of the Samsung Frame TV. Smart TV features are awesome with excellent integration with Alexa, Apple Air Play and all of the over the top streaming services. The no gap mount fits our modern look decor and Art Mode enhances our decor when not watching TV. If you are into the aesthetics of how your TV looks, than you should consider a Frame TV.

I love love love this TV. The picture is amazing. People don't even realize that it's a tv on the wall. They think that I just have a huge picture over my dresser. I love that the art comes on as soon as I enter the room. Samsung tv is a bonus as I don't have a cable box. You can use Alexa, Bixby or Google Assistant. Was on the fence to get this one, but love the idea of the flush wall mount and ability to have it on art display. Love the TV for the clear bright picture and audio works well in the room (we have it in the office). When turned off the art display is very cool! May look at uploading our own art as well.
