The art gallery interface is kinda hard to get around. But we make it work. The TV looks great as a TV and as a framed picture. It sits very flush to the wall. Overall, very pleased with the quality. Took one star off because the price is ridic.

I received this as a birthday gift.I love that I have the option to look like it’s art work when not watching tv.You can sign up for 5.00 a month to have access to all different artists but it comes with a good amount of different artists for free!The picture and sound are beautiful and I watch TV through my WiFi Netflix ,Hulu, etc and find the picture looks higher definition like the display models in Best Buy. This TV is in My bedroom My living room TV is also a Samsung but that one is hooked up to cable and I don’t think cable boxes have the 4K capability and that’s why the picture is actually better without it. Bottom line I love my TV and the sleek white remote!

This is a great addition to our home. We’ve not had a TV in our living room for years since we preferred artwork above our fireplace. This sleek and elegant TV is perfect to show artwork and not just have a large, dark void in the room when not in use. There are many wonderful pieces of artwork to choose from in the store and can be configured to your liking. The fact that it sits almost flush is really nice. Really research so you understand how it will need to be installed as there is a box that acts as the “brains” that has to be mounted separately behind it and inset into the wall if you want the TV to be flush. Definitely a great purchase and am happy with this TV.

Moved into a new home with a recessed alcove above the fireplace - perfect for a 65" television. Since we didn't have a 65" television, it gave me the excuse to buy one. And so far, the Frame has not disappointed. Great visuals and sound - definitely meets our needs. The ability to post art when not watching television, which is most of the time, was a huge drawing point for us, particularly given the fireplace in the living room commands so much attention - we didn't want a large blank television screen just sitting there. If you have a similar need, I would definitely recommend the Frame. However, it's not inexpensive, so unless you are really going to utilize the art feature, you might get more bang for your buck with other TVs.

I installed this TV myself. It was an easy install and the picture is great. The art display is a plus. When I get up in the morning I turn on the art display which add a special touch to the room.

Product is great, love the art mode feature! Also the no gap wall mount gives the tv a perfect look on the wall. It truly can be mistaken for art with the right lighting and art selection.

This is a great TV that has many great features. The universal remote controls everything related to Cox. The Cox remote is virtually not needed anymore. I should have upgraded years ago!

We love this TV. Picture is great. Love the artwork you can download. And so easy to mount. Will buy one for the master bedroom when we need a new TV.

I love everything about this TV! I love the clean look of the TV mounted flush against the wall. The art mode is great, but even if you never use it, simply having it flush mounted makes the TV look elegant on the wall. I was very impressed (and surprised) by how good the sound was. The TV had great built in speakers that deliver rich, simulated surround sound even in a large room. Absolutely no need for a sound bar. Worth every penny!

We love our Samsung frame TV! Best TV we’ve ever had. The picture and sound is excellent. We really like the art work when not watching TV.

Love the picture quality. Also looks great when in ART mode. Though would be nice to have more available art without a subscription.

Debated about spending this much on a tv for a while, but we are so glad we did. We enjoy the art mode even more than we initially thought we would! We switch the art with our mood and enjoy seeing how the vibe of the room changes when the art changes. Ambient mode (which is one of the big differences between the 2019 and 2020 versions of The Frame tv) which is a moving picture with sounds is super cool, too - imagine water moving accompanied by nature sounds just as one example. This has turned out to be a pretty fun toy for grownups!

Absolutely love this product. Very easy to use, amazing picture, and love the ability to display art when not in use.

Love the art mode. Not totally believable in all light, but much better than a black box. No gap wall mount is excellent.

I am a photographer and my wife and I wanted our new television to double as art gallery. The Frame TV lives up to its advanced billing. My photos show brilliantly. The installer did a good job of getting the system up and running, and I have had no difficulty in adding my own pictures and those from the art subscription offered by Samsung. A happy purchase.

Great picture, audio is good, interface box can be a little tricky if cords aren’t connected properly.

So far so good. The picture is great, and the sound quality is as expected after reading all the reviews. I love the way it looks on the wall with the art displayed, I have not yet paid for a subscription, or added my own so cant comment on that yet. I will be adding a sound bar eventually, but my room is 18 x 15 with 3 walls..so not a real need just a want.

Perfect gift for my husband! The picture is amazing & the artwork looks great when the tv is off.

Have really enjoyed for the living room. Great picture and cool art mode when "off".
