This TV is amazing! From the color quality to the pictures and the ability to add different borders. Be aware that the main unit or brains of the TV comes in a separate unit box that is cabled in. Pending where you locate or how you hang this TV, the box gets a vote. Luckily it worked perfectly on my mantle over the fireplace because I didn’t know about the box. I had geek squad set up so no issues for me.

Picture is great. Art mode is very cool. Worth the money.

Had Geek Squad install the Samsung 65" Frame TV using existing wall mount. Installation took a bit over an hour, including clean up. approximately. They verified the latest updates were installed and that we were pleased with the performance. They did a brief review of the various functions before finishing up and then leaving. The Frame TV has continued to work to our satisfaction.

The picture is decent but not exceptional, the wall mount is excellent, and sits very flush, setup was initially pretty easy, however could not identify direct TV correctly, but not a major issues. Biggest issue is the Smart things App, which is how I am supposed to upload artwork from my phone or device (unless I want to plug in a thumb drive) worked once initially and then would not connect again, from either my phone or my wife's. I can control the TV, but can not upload art. customer service was unhelpful and had no solutions after spending several hours on the phone with multiple rep's. If you are looking for it for the Art feature, be prepared to be disappointed and frustrated. If you just want a good picture, there are better options; It is going back

Very nice picture quality. Features are ok. Some design flaws in the remote control... it took me 2 hours to remove the back to install the batteries. The media/power cord takes some manipulating to get the cord to stay in place when mounted to the wall. Overall im still very satisfied with this purchase.

I absolutely luv this TV. It large but not an eyesore. It is customizable and it blends in with your decor with the bezel. Looks like a piece of art. Gives ambient lighting when in picture mode. Many of my guest didn't know it was a TV until I turned it on. Samsung has its own channels that I really enjoy

Wow! Loving this TV. Love how it can really change the space of the room that it's in. I love the matte features. I would, however, make the art feature rather than a cost to the customer. It shouldn't cost money to use this feature!

The quality and ease of use with this tv is great with a little practice. However the screws that came with it to connect the tv to the wall mount were the wrong size and we had to go out and buy the correct ones. I wish for the price of the TV that it came with a frame.

It’s a piece of art in more ways then one. You can download your own pics or from the art store. My only gripe is not with the tv, but with the frames that you can put around them. $200 for 4 pieces of plastic....would not buy again. If they were metal, maybe worth it then.

Wow so far its amazing, great picture during the day without a glare from the sunlight. Frame pics selection are nice. its like having a photo on the wall as long as someone is present when you leave the room for and extended time the picture goes away. Very clever! like it ( :

Upgraded from a Pioneer Elite Plasma and couldn't be happier. Picture is great. Mounting is a really nice fit for the room. Only issue I had was that the mount is only 18 inches wide which creates a challenge for over the mantle hanging, but nothing a bit more hardware couldn't solve.

Looks nice! Frame color is changeable, so that’s a nice feature. This Tv is as flat as a pancake. Just remember it has a box that needs to be plugged into the back of the Tv. Think PlayStation. So you will need a place near the floor to probably set the box on it.

Great picture and I love the 1 connect box. My only complaint is the overly simplistic Samsung remote. It needs to have a few more buttons to be able to efficiently navigate cable/satellite TV.

This TV is great — love the art mode when the TV is off. The invisible connect cable is pretty great with the box that sits in your cabinet below the TV. It’s been 9 years since a TV upgrade for us, so much tech crammed into a thin BIG tv.

This TV may not be your favorite tv since it’s got a pricier tag than other options but it is well worth your money if you are looking for a tv which can do more than its primary function

We bought it for the quality TV it is but then it also Looks great as a famed picture. Whether TV or framed photo-shots, it depicts crisp pictures of incredible stunning colors. We liked it do much, we bought two! Highly recommended product!
