Picture is Great. Not the Internet on TV

Had geek squad out and they changed the 1 touch box and it kept loosing signal. Then Best buy told me it was my internet, How is it my internet?? All of our computers work fine , we even have a few Fire sticks and they work great. I even put 1 in the one touch box and never had a problem. We also had AT&T out to check signal and even changed the router and added extenders. The Tv has issues, it still loses signal but non of the fire stick's don't or any computers. Just this TV. Oh did i mention Best buy would not exchange or return TV. They say it's our internet.. Will never buy anything from Best buy again. Guess we will need to contact Samsung

No longer do you need to look at a black box on your "art adorned" walls. The Frame TV displays artwork on screen so you no longer have to look at the ugly, blank, black box on the wall when the TV is turned off! Simply beautiful!

Significant issues with sound output

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me state up front that I love the flush-mount and minimalist cable connections via the OneConnect box that this TV offers. Picture quality is very good, and the art is fun, but not the primary reason we bought it. This would be a five-star review if not for the DEFECTIVE (and Samsung knows this) eARC audio functionality on this and other OneConnect TVs. If you are using the TV's built-in speakers, you will be fine. If you hope to connect it to an HDMI receiver or use the digital audio (Toslink) output... good luck. It is very hit-or-miss as to whether you will get a quality signal (i.e. one that does not cut out every 2-3 seconds). People with Sonos speakers tend to have particular issues (Google this and you will see). I truly hope Samsung can address this with a firmware upgrade. This is a premium-priced TV and it's a shame that this functionality does not work.

It’s great if you are getting it to hide your TV

Customizable bezels are sold separately and over priced. Wish it had local dimming. That said it does blend in with the other artwork in the room as long as there is a lot of light in the room. As it gets darker the glow of the screen hinders the allusion.

Pick Another Brand

The problem is the TV became defective in less than a year. It will no longer detect WiFi networks. I've spent more hours on the phone with Samsung than I should have to, only to have them send a service tech that will not remove the mounting bracket from the back of the TV. I already removed the TV from the wall as requested. If Samsung sends service technicians that won't even remove a mounting bracket that was supplied by Samsung with the TV, it is entirely obvious that Samsung is looking for any excuse possible to blame the issue on someone else. Does it sound correct, that my wife is somehow more competent at disassembling a TV than a service technician? I also have a Samsung refridgerator that has had issues with the icemaker. It was repaired by a Samsung service tech, only to break again within two months. There is a class action lawsuit for this issue, and I will probably end up working through the BBB to resolve this. Based on the amount of people involved in this lawsuit, it is obvious that there is a defect and Samsung is trying to avoid the cost of replacements. All in all, Samsung does not stand behind their products that cost several thousand dollars. ALL products have the potential to have quality issues, but it is the companies that work to resolve the issues and take care of their customers that deserve peoples hard earned money. My entire house was filled with brand new Samsung appliances, i.e. washer/dryer, range, dishwasher, refridgerator, TV, and I can now say with confidence that I will no longer purchase Samsung products based on their customer service alone. I know my $10-15,000 dollars of product doesn't mean much to a company that makes $30 billion/yr in profits, but it is a matter of principle. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want a company that stands behind their products and customers.

I like it i picture mode

But I'm not sure the price is worth the look. I guess it all depends on how important the picture mode is for you.

Additionally, it's past time for Samsung to kill the idea of the one connect box. It's just one more device to figure out how to hide.
