I fell in with my Tv purchase even though its an open item the Tv works looks and run good the color in the Tv are perfect sound is amazing could not have found the perfect Tv and size for the amount that i paid for this item not to mention its a 65 inch tv for the price that i paid for thank you best buy

I love the tv! My only issue is I notice sometimes it lags when pressing buttons on the remote

I love this TV it is truly great , the one down fall is the remote was not user friendly . My dogs helped me with thos problem they ate it . So back to the Tv . I love the picture ,sound quality is good. Over all i would definitely repurchase this item

This was a replacement of our 55", we moved to our guest room. I love the picture, it is so clear & the screen is so slim. I looks great on the wall in our bedroom & the games look like we're there. We need have 6 tvs in the house, all are Samsung. There is no buyer's remorse for this purchase.

First of all i have to mention that Best Buy purchased over the phone process went very smooth. My daughter receive / pick up her gift and she love it. The Samsung tv has grate definition, its light weight, very easy to install and connect to internet / cable provider.

Tv is amazing I purchased it for my 82 year old mother I also purchased the installation and then had to purchase another installment in the end I paid more for the installation then for the TV. Not good

I came from a much smaller like 48 inch tv that wasn’t 4k or anything else fancy so it’s a good upgrade without spending over a grand. Good picture and controls. The sound is a little quiet so I have to keep it around 40 to 50 to enjoy the sound. So far the sound hasn’t worked twice, just had to turn it off and on and it then it was fine each time. Other than that no complaints

After watching standard TV for so many years and I mean years, this TV has surpassed my expectations of actually watching “Tube Television”. Your recommendations were exceptional and I will be back for another TV soon.

The picture quality is beautiful!!! It also includes lots of channels preloaded. Caught this at a great price!! Wish I would have purchased 2 now. If you’re looking for a TV, I would definitely recommend this one!

Crystal clear 4k for a really great price. Only drawback is I don't love the speakers already in it "just ok". So getting a sound bar is a sound investment.

I had a 55 inch Samsung from about 8 years ago, and I loved that TV! I just felt it was time for an upgrade to a new and bigger TV. So, I got the new 65 inch and was expecting a better picture and sound. First, don’t get me wrong, I support Samsung TV’s 100%, and the only brand I will buy. But I just figured buying the new version I would see the difference. I didn’t. But that is an attestment to the quality of Samsung! They are always the best TV!

Works great, fantastic color and picture. I always watch avatar when I buy a new television to really test how great the picture is and Samsung definitely understands what it means to have top quality.

Great TV at a fair price. Samsung quality and connectivity for 400 bucks. Theres lower end brand 65 inch for more or around the same. I spent 50 more for the samsung and im glad I did.
