Though Voice Assistant Built-in: Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant is in specification on BestBuy site in fact it doesn’t exist. Or doesn’t work…
Support doesn’t help.
Also equalizer in sound settings doesn’t available.
Quality of sound is very poor.

Please know that the TU690T does not have built-in voice assistants, but it does work with Alexa and Google Assistant-enabled devices. You can ask your voice assistant device to turn on your TV, change channels, control the volume, and more.
Next, we recommend adjusting the Sound Settings to improve your experience. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings.

Damaged screen upon opening - hassle to return

Bought online and picked up using curbside option. Screen was broken upon opening. Attempted to return to closer store and store refused saying damage was “impact damage”. Attempted to complete a UPS pick up from home to Best Buy Return Center as directed by the customer support specialist. That request was denied and was told I needed to try to return the damaged item to the original store before the end of the business day. Fortunately, that store completed the return of the damaged TV and received full refund. Lots of unnecessary time and travel spent returning this product that was damaged upon purchase. Will not buy from Best Buy ever again.

TV have been having issues after 6 months the day I purchased. The TV is not turning on. I have to unplug the outlet multiple times in order to turn back on. Please help how to resolve this issue.

I got it home after reading fairly good reviews of the picture and ease of use. I hauled upstairs, replaced my old Vizio, and was pretty happy to get it up and changed on the mount. I then went to hook up the hdmi cables and almost fell over upon learning theirs only 2 HDMI ports. That’s awful even cheaper TVs have 3-4 ports. I would return it but its now to much work.

I ABSOLUTELY hate this TV. There is a delay on everything within it. The sound is horrible. You take to turn the volume up past 70 to really hear. It shuts me off wifi just about every show being watched. OVERALL A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I WANT A REFUND… HIGHLY UPSET

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP! Bought this for only two months and its showing up vertical and horizontal line, which is a hardware issue. Apparently best buy should know about this but they just sell it anyways. A TOTAL SCAM FROM A BIG COMPANY LIKE BEST BUY.

The TV should of come with original/anothe proper box but it didnt, asked for it but no one paid attention and just said this is yours do what ever you want which is very unprofessional. I never expected this type of behaviors.
