This my 2nd time both TV 65" has screen problem touching can make screen scratch!!!

When I received my order (65 Samsung carved) the back side of tv has many spot shadows beside it has some spot on screen especially at the corner of left ,The picture is not bright enough it seems someone already used this tv. I really disappointed that I’m a good customer of best buy and received such a worst tv I got it recently.

Provides the best picture from anywhere you sit. Great color and sound curved is the only way to go if you want the best possible picture, no glare from the lights or sun all around great tv even better when you use the app

Great TV and curve screen is Awesome and picture quality is perfect and 65 inch screen is larger and great for sports and movies. Having a curve style TV certainly does impress friends and family too

Awesome TV at any price I purchased this TV UN65TU7000FXZA a week ago online and picked it up at my local store and even though it was curbside delivery I was very pleased with the experience and the worker was very helpful in helping me load it since I recently had back surgery done. I left it on for about 3 days before I even thought about adjusting any of the picture settings to give it a proper burn-in time. Straight out of the box this thing is huge and I had to tie it down in my sister's SUV because it was actually too large to fit with the rear door shut. I got it home and followed the unboxing video that Best Buy has on their site for help unboxing it and the video was very accurate, I love the little sponge things on each side of the screen that helps with not getting fingerprints on the screen as well as protecting it from damage. I tried to download the Smart Things app but couldn't get it to work so I just used the on-screen input. I logged into my Wi-Fi no problem and since I already had my antenna hooked up it automatically found all the stations it could, although I'll be adding a second antenna since it didn't pick up a few of my local stations with this particular antenna, and then I went through and finished the registration on-screen without a hitch. I like that Samsung added a lot of extra free channels all in a neat and organized way to find pretty much any kind of program ..you wanna watch although the extra channels are not A-list channels they do offer a great variety to watch. This thing is super clear even before I adjusted it for my Xbox One S, I did however have to turn game mode off for my games because it had a lag from what was actually happening to what I seen on the screen I was getting killed a lot on my games, but I think this is more my Xbox's fault than it is the TV Since I don't have the higher powered Xbox One X. The built in apps are great I've only used Netflix so far but it's very responsive although I did find if you leave the TV on for more than a day and it goes into screensaver mode when you start watching Netflix again there is a definite lag on the voice and picture sync, the easy fix to this is just turn off the TV for a few minutes then turn it back on and voila it's perfect again. The remote is not too bad although if you have large hands like me you might have problems with some of the smaller buttons like I've had. Also there is a small lag from when you hit a button and the TV responding to that command I ran into it while I was setting the TV up initially but I've gotten used to it now and it's not that noticeable. You will definitely need a friend to help you get this out of the box and on a flat surface to either attach the standard legs or to put brackets on it for a TV stand like I have. It's not very heavy but it is a little cumbersome to do by yourself and trust me you don't wanna hurt your back trying to be he-man even though it's not very heavy. Overall 5 stars, I had a 50inch Vizio that I upgraded from and this thing blows my old one out of the water hands down without a doubt. The controls for adjusting the picture is nicely organized and it has an abundance of settings to choose from. I would highly recommend this TV to friends and family alike especially for the price. I could have gotten an 2018 model for about 150 dollars cheaper somewhere else but I figured if I'm buying new go ahead and get a 2020 model instead I'm glad I listened to my instincts and got this one. Oh and I have a 1200 watt Kenwood surround sound system and I'm not even using it because the TV speakers even though they're only 20watts will blow your socks off on how clear and precise everything sounds I just wish I could hook my subwoofer up just for a little more bass.

I love my Samsung curve TV. I can be standing next to it and still see the whole picture. The picture is even better than my last curve TV. I would recommend this TV all day long.

We mainly use it for steaming and gameplay, the audio has to be turned up a bit to get decent sound but if you can afford this a sound bar shouldnt be an issue.

Love the picture but…bummed out that my HDMI splitter isn’t compatible with this model for some weird reason. I had basically the same model/brand/style/size with the previous tv (that my younger son accidentally smashed with a football in the house UGH) and the HDMI splitter worked fine. Something with the difference in format with whatever each device is set to. Total bummer.

I got this tv when the old 55 inches broke in the process of hanging it. It was an open box. Other than the one stand was missing. Everything about the box was good.

I absolutely love this tv. I bought one before and I had give to my kids because they loved so. I loved it so much I had to get another one. The curved screen is so immersive especially when playing video games. Buy one you won’t be disappointed.
