Bought an "open box". Said it had a couple scratches and was excellent orherwise. Got it home and didnt even get it a quarter way out of the box because the screen pinched my finger and i looked closer and the tv looked a little bent. In natural light i saw brown in spots under top of screen. So i knew then something was wrong. Took it back and had him plug it in and the top half of the screen was blown out. Got my money back pretty easily. One girl said it needs to be serviced i was like no the guy said i had 14 days. She didnt fight me about it afyer that.. Atleast that was respected.customer service was good. So if you do an open box... have them plug it in at the store. I was really bummed. I will tell you though the frame is metal so tv is heavy and the screen edge was sharp. So meh. Thought i got a great deal. So i never got a tv. Walked out with an airfryer that was on flash ssle though. Lol
