Great tv for the price. Unfortunately the first one they gave me looked like someone bought it and broke it then tried to put it back in the box like it wasnt used. The film missing on the screen was a giveaway. But store handled it good and swapped it out for me with no issues. Sound quality is good. Picture is definitely an upgrade from old tv i had.

As someone who has never owned a smart tv it is pretty easy to used to. Very compatible with my samsung phone and is very easy to connect blue tooth devices to. Even better that it detects when i turn on my playstation and turns itself on and switches over to the hdmi port without me connecting to it.

Excellent buy. Little cumbersome at first to program, but once mastered it is easy. Able to connect both Ring applications and Alexa.

Bought this to replace an older Samsung TV, would have given it 5stars except the remote is sub-par. Overall great picture and sound. Definitely worth the investment.

Fantastic TV overall! Sound quality and visuals are fantastic! The only issue I have is the menu navigation and remote response is a little slow but everything else is fantastic!

Picture is crisp. Color is believable. Side view of screen is clear unlike other models where side view is distorted. Sound from TV without sound bar is excellent. This is our 2nd purchase of this model this month. I also purchase the 43" in this series 40 days ago. I also love the free Samsung channel line-up. Samsung has great customer support.

This Samsung Crystal UHD is amazing. The clarity and colors are much better than my previous TV. The setup was very straightforward, and the smart features are extremely fast. It's a great addition to my living room.

I bought this Samsung TV for my bedroom and it’s been awesome so far. The picture is super clear and the colors look really nice, whether I’m watching movies, shows, or YouTube. The built-in apps make it easy to get to Disney+, Netflix, and everything else without extra devices. It also works well with Alexa, so I can turn it on or open apps just by asking. The sound is good for a bedroom, and the size feels just right from my bed. Really happy with this purchase — it makes movie nights way better.

Overall quality picture, some washout and reflection when outside light (sunlight) fills the room. Black is not as dark as advertised. Chico floor sale reps lack real knowledge of these products.

Ive had this 2 months now and overall its great quality. Only had 1 or 2 moments of internet glitches but its pretty easy to use and the features are great! Veru happy with this!

Love the tv and everything it has to offer. Beautiful image with multiple picture style choices. Free movies and news through Samsung tv. Lots of bells and whistles. Perfect for the holiday price.

Excellent TV for those on a budget. I got this one to replace a Samsung 60" TV i bought in 2010 "which still works" but the wifi chip went out. This one comes with all the apps i need except one which was downloadable, the Spectrum app. It has nice color and sound with the Samsung Q600 sound bar. I would recommend.

Crystal clear picture and easy setup! Super pleased with the purchase

Picked this up as a bedroom Tv and am very happy with the quality! Don’t go expecting QLED quality but I did my research and found this to be the best “cheaper” tv to buy while staying in the Samsung ecosystem. I like the smart functions and as long as you are not watching it in a bright room, you get excellent picture quality and the built in speakers are not bad (although we added a soundbar).
