Great upgrade good picture and sound perfect for the room

Great picture & sound! Samsung is our go to for a quality TV and at an affordable price!

So far so good! I needed a large TV for the bedroom and this was perfect. The price point was good, but it does go on sale on occasion. Clear picture, good sound, very happy with this purchase!

I love my new Samsung 65” U8000F Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV! The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, with true-to-life colors and smooth motion. The setup was quick and easy, and the Tizen smart platform is super fast and user-friendly. Streaming apps load instantly, and the sound quality is surprisingly rich even without a soundbar. Perfect for movie nights and everyday viewing. Definitely a great value for a 2025 model!

This Samsung 65" class U8000F has a great picture quality. I apologize but I do not have the sale person's name but he was very helpful with his answers to our questions about the picture quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Great TV! It’s perfect and a great deal. Pairs great with a Samsung Sound Bar. I was watching a Brewers Game and I heard the guy behind me crack open a sunflower seed and spit it against the back of my seat. This came w/ free installation when I bought it and the Geek Squad guys were great and were the dedicated TV/ audio nerds I really needed.

This Samsung 65 Class U8000F Crystal UHD is lighter than my old model and has a great picture. It was easy to set up and is working perfectly.

I love the TV and all the smart features. The only problem I am having is that the picture is not as crisp as when I had a 55inch. I did the pic adjustments with Samsung but the advised I call my cable provider. When I watch programs from Netflix, Youtube, etc the quality and colors are great, it is only when I am using the cable channels that the picture can look dull and faded. My Cable provider told me it was due to the bigger screen and not having fiber optics in my Neiborhood yet???

The service at Best Buy was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable patient and willing to answer all questions. The Best Buy representative was helpful and asking questions regarding how the best distance to TV from the couch, and best location in the room to optimize the view. Store representative help put the TV in the vehicle and ensure that it was secure and would not move. The TV is amazing as a great sound Pitch Perfect quality views and I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

We purchased this 65” to replace our 55”. Service, including in store assistance and in-home delivery and installation, was superb. We love the picture and sound of this television.
