Excellent picture but sound is awful. Will never stay set, so every time TV is turned back on it has to be raised, and finally there is will not go higher. Sometimes it's fine at 30 or 40 but it won't stay there. Samsung has tried to troubleshoot over the phone with terrible results. They now claim they are sending someone to see it. Best Buy, despite warranty, will do nothing for the first year except exchange it for another TV which will likely have the same problem.

replaced a smaller TV that failed. Was able to use existing mount so installation was very easy. This TV is larger and has much better quality. For the price this TV is a real bargain.
