They were supposed to set everything up and help me learn everything. Didn't hook up any of the sound equipment i had. There is no manual for the TV. The price wss right, i guess.

My TV stopped working

Tried calling, but because we didnt take the extended warrenty they referred us to Samsung. Unable to reach Samsung. If my tv worked then I would've given 4 or 5 stars. But a brand new tv gone to waste and I've lost $400

I returned it back to BB and they replaced with the same model. To no avail the same issue is happening. Not sure if this particular model is having continuous issue with Network card or what, not happy with Samsung at this point and would not recommend this particular model
