This is a great tv. We needed to replace our old tv when it stopped working and picked the best deal we found. The only thing that took some adjustment was the navigation was a little laggy to start, but has gotten better over time. We have had it for almost 6 months and it has been holding up well.

This TV is AMAZING for the price. Even without a sound bar the sound on it is really good. Picture quality is phenomenal

This was a great price for a great 65 in samnsung tv 8000. I recommend this, the only thing im missing to try is the games with it comes. After at all is amazing

Ive had this 2 months now and overall its great quality. Only had 1 or 2 moments of internet glitches but its pretty easy to use and the features are great! Veru happy with this!

This is a great upgrade from our 49" LG that we bought 8 years ago. 65 inches is perfect for our room, and the picture quality is great. The price didn't break the bank, and the family is happy. Recommended if you want a larger tv!

We purchased this 65” to replace our 55”. Service, including in store assistance and in-home delivery and installation, was superb. We love the picture and sound of this television.

My old TV went out and I hopped over to Best Buy to get a new one. I immediately went to this model... size, specs and value all on point. Great TV!

Solid TV works as intended. Overall easy access with smart TV menus and and easy set up would recommend this TV.

I got the TV for a good deal, so feel there was a lot of value there. When I hooked up the TV, I immediately noticed dark shadows on the bottom of the screens after Geek Squad delivered it. Best Buy advised that I needed to go to Samsung since I could not return the TV myself. I will say that Samsung customer service is outstanding. The text option was nice and getting everything scheduled was easy. Troubleshooting took some time, and I don't fault the customer service rep for that and understand the need. Tech came out and replaced the panel but the dark shadow remained. I re-opened the ticket and the tech came back out and we called Samsung together. According to their supervisor, it is anti-glare and the solution is to get an adjustable mount as these TVs are meant to be looked at directly. Unfortunately, my TV is not mounted. I find the explanation puzzling as most people today have their TVs higher than where they're viewing the TV from. I also did not like the "to fix it, you need to spend more money or adapt how you're using the product." Customers define quality and I feel Samsung missed the mark here. None of that information was mentioned in the product manual or description when I made my TV purchase. Had this not been an issue, I would've been really pleased with the TV. I won't be buying Samsung TVs moving forward. Do better, Samsung.

Excellent product, great picture and functionality. Sound could be better but added a sound bar which worked perfectly.

The samsung 65 inch crystal display TV has a great picture edge to edgeat almost every angle,the only thing I have an issue with is the remote.the remote is to me to small and hard to navicate,so my answer to that was to get a universal remote,works better for me.This is a great TV at a great price.Highly recomend!

Great tv for the price point with amazing colors/graphics with good audio. Good replacement for my Amazon fire tv!

Love the tv and everything it has to offer. Beautiful image with multiple picture style choices. Free movies and news through Samsung tv. Lots of bells and whistles. Perfect for the holiday price.
