Today is January 13th, almost two month. Best Buy had not even reach out. This is the first time I have a problem like this with Best Buy. Not worth the money.

It was a game changer for us. We had to return it and buy a normal tv. If you get it I would suggest to conductbsome research with the magnolia dept

It doesn’t significantly change the look of your TV and should have been included with the TV. My frame TV only lasted 8 months and Samsung made the warranty process difficult. I wasted money buying this product. Don’t do the same.
