Great TV. Excellent picture- I only gave it 4 stars because the Art setting is tricky. When it’s on, it’s awesome, but often times either the TV turns on randomly or the art work goes away. It’s probably just user error, so I’ll revise my review to 5 stars if I can fix what I may be doing wrong. The big draw is the tiny wire to the Samsung control box that then feeds all the other connections- that is key.

I can't believe the price for this frame is $200! It is not even real wood, just flimsy plastic. But once it is on the The Frame TV it looks good and it is very easy to install. It finishes the illusion of the TV looking like framed art so even though I am unhappy with the price (and it's the same price everywhere) I am glad I purchased it. It Looks great.

Nice looking frame. I wish it was thicker/bigger, but it was easy to install. It’s magnetic with clips.

Loved the product. Installing it is a piece of cake. It has completely transformed the look of the tv to appear like a photo frame.

I ordered a new Frame TV, and given the nature of the low-profile setup, thought it might be best to pay for the installation. If what should have been a simple purchase turning into a difficult situation wasn't bad enough, getting Best Buy to keep a commitment made it even worse. I first ordered the TV online, where it indicated a perfectly reasonable delivery date with installation. Once I purchased, it pushed the date to Christmas Eve??? I called about this, and the agent I spoke with was actually helpful, which was the only positive part of this experience. He canceled the order, and split the installation from the TV, and magically the dates became acceptable again. Weird? Fast forward, the TV was actually delivered when promised, so another "win", I suppose. This was short lived though, since calling the morning of the day that the installation to find out a window when they would be here, I was told that they really needed to reschedule for another day, and seemed surprised to hear that nobody had previously called me to let me know (this sincerity was very unauthentic, by the way). I had taken a day off work to be home for this, and now needed to take off a second day? Fail. After reluctantly agreeing to reschedule, I stewed over it and the longer that I thought about it, the madder I was getting. I ultimately canceled the installation and will just do it myself at this point. Frankly, if I didn't have enough already going on, I would tell them to come pick up the TV as well, and just go buy it somewhere else where maybe I would get a better customer experience. As it is, I'm going to keep the TV, install it myself, and just skip out on Best Buy going forward. This is unfortunate, up until a year or so ago, Best Buy was my go to for all things electronics/home theater. Things have gone downhill for whatever reason, and customer experience seems to not factor in when it comes to strategy relative to brand pride and customer satisfaction. I'm generally not a "review guy", but this one was so bad I needed an outlet, which by the way, cannot be found anywhere on the Best Buy website, or, it is so buried that you cannot locate it. I suppose this makes sense, from a business perspective, you probably don't want to hear how horrible your service team is. Thanks, Best Buy, for Nothing. Ho-ho-ho

In Love with the frame function, it met all my expectations. I did not like the idea of having a tv in the living room, and the frame mode makes really seem like a wall art piece. Especially when you select the matte option and Lower the brightness. One thing I have to say, the sound of the Samsung TVs is not the best. I also purchased the Samsung speakers, however I think I will exchange and invest in something better. The price I think is a bit too high for the quality, I was expecting something a little fancier. Overall I recommend it if you don’t like the idea of having a screen in your living room, but if you are a movie freak do not get the frame :) ps they delivered the wrong frame color, so make sure you specify every detail if you make the purchase over the phone (which nobody does nowadays)

Easy to install. It is pretty expensive for what it is, but it makes the tv look so much better when in art viewing mode.

Great picture great price great service. I waited almost a year for the sale price and was thankful. Definitely worth the wait. Also purchased bezel gold frame which truly makes it look like a work of art.

Absolutely stunning picture and fits very tight against wall like a painting. Please note that the "brains" of the TV are in a separate box that has to either be recessed into the wall behind the TV or held separately in a cabinet.

SO ecstatic about the additional frame for my FRAME TV! It is so refreshing to have options for what you want along the border of your tv. My TV came with a black border and I bought the maroon.

Just got it in less than a month but so far we’re loving it. Bought it mostly for the “Frame” look and I know I could’ve bought something with better picture for the 1700 I paid for but we’re so happy the TV does look more like a Frame. It fooled a few people already. Oh we bought the frame attachment as well.

My wife liked the ability to change the frame color away from black. The magnetic connection works well. The small plastic elbow pieces to make sure everything lines up didn't snap in easily but they really aren't needed.
