It's a great dryer without all the fluff(sorry, couldn't resist) of the web/bluetooth/alexa/siri/smartphone connect super expensive models. It has plenty of control settings and does a great job at drying clothes. Until they get one that loads and unloads itself, what is the need, or point of, having one you can turn on or off from from anywhere? My only disappointment is the door opens from the side, and although the opening is a good sized one, clothes tend to fall out when opening the door. A deeper well by using a shorter door would work better. The lint trap is A+, it snaps open and closed after sliding it out to keep heavier things, beads and small buttons, etc, from falling back into the air channel.

Had issues with the first dryer we purchased. Geek squad was amazing. Came out as soon as they had an appointment and got me set up for delivery. Installation was fast and easy. Thanks to the geek squad and I am so glad we upgraded to the Samsung front load dryer. It is so spacious and works so great. Also, just wanted to add we also have the washer that goes with the set and it has done a great job!

I purchased the matching washer last August and finally decided to purchase the dryer after we closed on our new home. Its so quite and cute lol I love the moisturizer sensing technology i dont have to worry about my husband leaving damp clothes that get that moldy mildew smell...the dry stop when it senses everything is dry regardless of the time you set

The Samsung 7.2cu. ft. electric dryer works very well so far. My wife really likes the pause button,so she can check to see if clothes are dry that she wants to get out of the dryer earlier than the time indicates is left on the cycle. She also really likes the wrinkle release ,and it is very quiet. It does not have a buzzer to let us know when it has stopped, so if we are downstairs we don't hear it, but it does have quite a long little sound that it does when it has shut off. It also has a nice deep lint trap. Over all, we are happy so far with this dryer.

Great product dries everything on the first time no issues

This dryer is very good it dryes the clothes the first time no need for a second cycle.it is very quiet and energy afficient.

Its a good dryer my only complaint is that it doesnt get the lint and dog hair off my clothes

This dryer is absolutely fantastic a sensing the dampness of the items per load, and completes the cycles extremely fast. I purchased the aluminum vent kit for this and it makes the entire drying process optimized and efficient. The lint trap is also redesigned for easy cleanliness and collects valuables left in pockets. I also have the matching washer; it's a must!

We needed to replace a low grade, low cost dryer that was no longer working. This dryer is wonderful. It even makes a cute little song/sound when the laundry is done drying. There are several options to customize each load for the results you need. This, like all Samsung products I have purchased, gets two thumbs up from me.

I really wanted to like this dryer, but after using it for a while, I’m honestly frustrated. The Samsung 7.2 cu. ft. Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry simply does not dry clothes properly unless the load is extremely small. If you put in more than about one-third of the drum, the clothes come out damp every single time—even after multiple cycles. It completely defeats the purpose of having a large-capacity dryer. Another major issue: this dryer cannot handle blankets or comforters at all. Even lightweight bedding won’t dry evenly, and the machine keeps stopping early because the sensor thinks the load is done. I’ve had to take things out and hang-dry them, which is ridiculous for a brand-new dryer. Overall, for the price, I expected something far more reliable. If you dry normal-sized loads or need to dry bedding, this dryer is absolutely not for you.
