I was surprised that the dryer is quiet and does a great job of drying clothes. The dry time is less than what I had with my last dryer, so I'm excited to get things dry within one cycle. I could deal without the chiming song at the end of the cycle though...

I bought the matching washer about 8 months earlier wish i bought as pair would have save 400. But i still love it drys very fast love all the setting especially sensor dry so awesome and save so much electricity,would bye another or suggest you get one!! Danny

This product is excellent when it is working properly. However, the main feature of using the moisture sensor seems to be flawed and intermittently shuts down the entire dryer, this is very annoying. This latest shut-down has occurred during the beginning of the school year, when the children need it the most.

i really like this dryer, dries on first time when set on very dry medium setting. and plays tunes for you when finished. no light inside, so have it in a well lit laundry room.

This dryer is super efficient. I'm used to having to restart a load multiple times to get it dry but this is one and done. It also has a cooling feature that I thought was awesome. Plenty of room. Only annoying part is the jingle at the end of a cycle drags out a bit but that is a super small issue for me.

Got the set during Black Friday sale 2022. Everything to the washer & dryer itself, to the price, delivery & installation was flawless and everything runs perfectly. Couldn’t be any happier with the purchase and the process

Happy with this purchase. I do wish it had a light inside, but bought online without seeing it in person, so it’s my fault. Not a real big deal

It's a great dryer. Would be better if the inside had a light when you open the door. Other than that, it's fine.

Works great. Drys eveything with the Sensor Dry feature. I always think it is going to take longer than it does, because my last dryer went with a timer, which this one has, but did not have the sensor. Most of the time I do not need that extra time drying clothes that are dry.

Size and price dictated this purchase. Simple machine to operate, high capacity tub. Have only used it twice since purchase and satisfied, thus far. I keep being told to purchase contract which worries me, but I really can't speak on problems or repair since the unit is brand new.

It works great, fast drying time, and is easy to set up, the only issue was that it doesn't come with an electric cord, which apparently most appliances don't come with anymore.

This dryer works great. I love it for the value. The only surprise is the song it plays at the end of the cycle. I have not found a way to turn it off and it is long and annoying. The dryer itself works well and it was easy to switch the way the door opens.

Bought it used open box excellent and it’s just that. Excellent. Couldn’t tell that it was open box the power cord wasn’t even attached so it felt like getting a new unit just out of box. Runs great, no frills just does the drying. What more can you ask for.

I love this dryer!! It detects how wet, or the size of your load to ensure your clothes come out completely dry. The little song let’s you know when it done so no more having to keep checking on your clothes.

Superb dryer . Very quiet and efficient. Highly recommend Samsung products in general
