Samsung Dryer

Had an issue with installation as the door had to be reversed. Salesman indicated it would be done by the installers, however, they refused to do it and indicated that it would require an additional service appointment and additional cost. Three stars because of the mis-information provided at time of purchase.

It sometimes won’t dry my clothes fully on timed dry so I may have to run it again. The only annoying thing for me is that I don’t like sounds coming from electronics and this dryer (as well as other Samsung Home products) play an entire diddy when their cycle is complete. Every time, I find myself looking around wondering where music is coming from and then remember it’s the dryer. Definitely a good purchase. And you get a little boogie with it! Lol!
