Best Buy - Worst Delivery

The first attempted delivery ended up being a scratch and dent model that had someone’s laundry still in it (must have been a return). Second delivery attempt had the driver refuse to fully connect it stating the wrong dryer vent kit was left by the first delivery driver. Best Buy only uses one dryer vent kit and I adjusted things and got it installed after the second delivery driver left.

Needed to buy a washer/dryer that would be small enough to fit down a narrow staircase in an old house and this fit perfectly. Easy to use, dries clothes/sheets/towels well. Ordering in-store was very simple and the person who helped us was friendly and made the transaction smooth. No complaints!

High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer with Active WaterJet - White and it’s the perfect combo. They are both simple to use, efficient and I got an amazing combo deal. If you need a great washer and dryer combo I recommend these together.

I did alot of research before making my final decsion and ultimately alwasy came back to this Dryer, and the Active wave Samsung washer. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Almost a year later and I am still a highly satisfied customer with non-issues presented
