I've had it for 4 years. It's worked mostly great, it always struggled with drying comforters fully. Yesterday the heating element broke. Thankfully a YouTuber walked me through how to replace it. But this shouldn't be breaking on a 4 year old dryer!! And the load done ringer is so annoying and way too long.

Great working dryer, easy to use. Fast and efficient

Bought back in February 2023 had it for couple of months now and havent had any trouble with it. Dries very good love that ypu can set it to detect dry or timer dry, also catches clothing fuss pretty well just have to clean it everytime you throw in a new load to dry.

Bought to replace a 13 year old dryer that has seen better days. The old dryer was tripping the electrical breaker. Only down fall of this dryer is there is no drum light. Every dryer I have have own or my parents own since moving into their house back in 1985 the dryer had a light in the drum. The drum size you couldn't beat the price for the size of the drum when we bought it. Has plenty of setting for drying different clothes and bedding.

Dryer is a lot lighter than my old 1999 Maytag! Had to level feet as there was a tendency to tip left when door shut, so had daughter tip dryer back so I could adjust feet. Had to reverse door as listing did not specify which way door opened, that took 30 minutes. Reason not a 5 star is that it needs a small light inside when door opened as it is deep and dark, also, the chime could be a bit louder as with TV, radio, A/C, etc, running, you can barely hear it.

Seems like a pretty strong machine , very quiet, I can dry large amount of clothes at once

Does excellent job and is quiet. Senor dry takes awhile but it makes sure your clothes are completely done.

The Dryer is working well. I would like the door to open right to left and was told it would cost $80. to fix. and the inside is Black, hard to see clothes. Should be white. Love that it turns off when finished.

This Samsung dryer is a mate to the washing machine we got. It was easy to search and read the reviews on the Best Buy website. Ordering and delivery were great and the installation took only a couple of minutes. Great value and easy to use!

Lots of space for clothes. You can change the door swing, nice and quiet.

So far so good outside annoying music plays when finished.no issues. Mind the load balance bc it’s larger than you think and sometimes needs more laundry detergent. Has a self shut off if not draining properly so easy to adjust and restart. Other than that happy with purchase

This dryer can fit three washer loads. It's huge and quick. I love it.

We’ve had the dryer for a couple of weeks now. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it did take auto-dry 2 cycles to dry a comforter - I had to take it out and rearrange it so it would dry in the middle. Now, that could be user error, or maybe comforters aren’t meant to fully dry in one fell swoop. Otherwise, I’m super happy with it. The chime is great, it is a large size.
