We’ve had the dryer for a couple of weeks now. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it did take auto-dry 2 cycles to dry a comforter - I had to take it out and rearrange it so it would dry in the middle. Now, that could be user error, or maybe comforters aren’t meant to fully dry in one fell swoop. Otherwise, I’m super happy with it. The chime is great, it is a large size.

Works well! Was super easy to install and has done much better than my previous gas dryer.

I recently replaced most of my kitchen appliances with Samsung brand. The dryer was a pleasant surprise at being available. It is the sleekest looking item I've seen. Great cycles to choose from and I actually thought it wasn't running when I first used it. It is so QUIET when running. Don't look for any other brand. This IS the best one. Very Satisfied with my purchase. Matching washer already ordered.

Works great . Does not make much noise and dries fast

I highly recommend this product. It has a lot of features and a ton of space. There is no lack of room for large loads and it appears to be energy efficient. At this price rush to get this while you can. I also recommend bundling this with total tech support to receive special pricing on the extended warranty and installation.

I love it. It is so easy to use, It dry's my clothes very quickly.

Dries wet clothes/sheets as advertised. It works well so far. The open-box purchase price was lower for some minor scuffs and what looks like damage during shipping.. it doesn’t effect the dryer in any substantial way. Good selection of drying modes. It was lighter than I expected when moving.. the dryer was narrow enough to fit through the doors. Pretty good capacity too..

As a first time buy for products like a washer and dryer from Best Buy. I am so Pleased with the washer and dryer.. still getting used to the tune instead of the basic buzzer.. love it... the delivery crew were very professional and informative. I'm happy with my choice of a samsung dryers and washers. it does what it's built for.. ;)

It so quite and dries my clothes so nice. Glad I made this purchase, it was well worth it. After being in the hospital 11 days and was able to do my laundry catch in a short time was amazing. I would recommend this dryer for sure to anyone.

It has now been a little over 2 months since we purchased this and so far it is working well. It is a little hard to reach into the back of it because it seems a little low, but it dries well. The online order process makes it seem like you need several accessories, but at least one we didn't really need. We were able to return it at Best Buy without problems though.
