I've only had the dryer for a few weeks but am very happy with it. It arrived on time. It is very easy to use, spacious and dries large loads thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

As I have written on the washer review, I tried to do on this dryer. this one was the best value and does what it should do. I like Samsung products and best buy has the best prices price's out on the market. The features on the dryer are easy to use. The installer's that moved and installed the product were very good. They took great care moving the dryer into my Mobil home and I really appreciated that. I will try and update this later after more use. Again, best buy commutation was excellent and the price good. I wish the new vent would have worked but there were issues with that. The rest is Samsung....

I've had this dryer for about a week and a half or so, I've used it three times. It dries quickly in one cycle, please a cute little tune when it's done, and I love it! Some of the other reviews say that the lint trap is in an inconvenient area, I would disagree, I think it's perfectly fine and as long as you're careful with it it will last a long time. Easy installation, controls are easy to understand and use. If you have to switch the door around it takes a little bit of doing, but as long as you follow the instructions it's easy but tedious.

We are absolutely thrilled with this dryers features. The MoistureSensor control is the best and works like a charm. The guessing game of how long to set our dryer for is over for us. The size is good and the machine is well-built.

When looking for a dryer to replace our old dryer, we wanted one that was the same brand and same style. Thank you Best Buy for ordering the one we needed is give us great service and no problems. Thank you for our Samsung dryer.

Simple and effective .. great for the price and you will not be sad you bought it

Both my washer and dryer have cracks in them in different places in Samsung denied my warranty thing that is considered physical damage When there’s no dents or scratches around, either of the cracks that are in different locations, it’s clearly a manufactures error with the material. However, Samsung doesn’t agree. They are less than 10 months old and almost $1500 for the set so I’m pretty upset I already have to looks at replacement options . I Do not recommend just due to the fact that Samsung is in fact their products 100% be weary and read your warranty before you purchase.

From ordering to delivery, the whole process was great. The dryer is quiet, easy to use and amazingly fast but considering how bad my old one was anything was bound to be an improvement. Technician was very professional and did an awesome job! Im a single mom with no knowledge of major appliances and wasnt sure if I should move my old one out of the way before they delivered it so I left it where it had been for the last 3yrs....imagine my surprise when he cleaned the lint, dust and socks that had gathered during that time. Something so simple made my day!

Has worked perfectly from the start. Haven’t had to do a double dry on larger loads. Love the music it plays when the cycle is done. The different settings are sufficient.

When looking in this price range, the salesman gave me the best advice. I'd explained that the dryer I was replacing had a bad spot on the motor and though I'd been able to rotate the drum to get it to start again a few times, the last time I couldn't do so and figured it was finally time to replace it. He said, "When we get vendor visits or demos, vendors go on and on about their washers; 'New features, it does this it does that, comes in these colors, etc.' Then they point to the dryer and say, '..And here's the matching dryer.' Unless you're going into the higher end appliances, the dryers in that bracket are pretty much the same." He went on to advise that, "since I was replacing my dryer, I could be expecting to replace my washer soon as well." I thought he was trying to upsell me to a package, but instead he advised me to "look at the washer that I would consider replacing mine with and then pick the matching dryer." This way I already know what washer features/price I'd pick when that time comes, and I'd already have the matching dryer. Awesome advice. Pretty happy with the dryer, and though I wish it had a light like my old one I don't miss it as much as I thought I would. Worth reading the manual; I got better results the next time I did laundry than the first time. Does a great job drying the clothes and reducing/preventing wrinkles. Two cons I have to mention though; firstly, the structure of the lint filter is convoluted and it's design makes it a little harder to clean. The other is the alarm; it's truly quiet and difficult to hear between floors. I have mine connected to a power monitoring plug. I use this in concert with my home automations to broadcast when the dryer is done over my smart speakers. But if you don't have the means I do, it could be a problem. And I looked throughout the manual but there is no way to change the volume; this is a serious omission from Samsung in my opinion. It does play a happy little tune when it powers up or finishes a cycle and I've been able to hear it from the basement door (when opened) so it's not too bad but it is a concern worth mentioning. Other than these two *possible* issues wise, I'd definitely recommend it.

Im completely satisfied with this very efficient drier. It is also silent, and easy to operate. I recommend it.

very spacious dryer. love the dry sensor so clothes aren’t getting dried longer than they need to be. easy to clean out lent tray & has a lot of settings.

This dryer works great! And it fits well into the available space with a decent capacity. Does a great job of drying the clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Plus, when the load of clothes is dry the machine plays a happy short melody as a signal.

Works good and doesn’t leave a lint mess. Dries clothes like it should.

Not very loud at all. I am delighted with the various settings for drying. I can customize even for my delicates and heavy loads. Love the Sensor Dry as it lessen the time for drying.

I ❤️ my new Samsung dryer. Some reviews stated it took a long time to dry their cloths. I experienced that too. I decided to get my dryer vent cleaned to see if that was the problem. I was so happy I did! That definitely solve the problem. My cloths dry faster than they EVER did. If you are experiencing this too...clean your vent you will be happy you did. I love everything about this dryer. GOOD BUY!

I like that it holds a lot if clothes and it dries the clothes in 30 minutes, I recommend this Dryer is easy to install and works good.

Generally speaking, I'm happy with the dryer's performance to-date. But at the price point, I'd do a little more research and I think a better option exists. It doesn't have a visible timer, so you can set it for 60 minutes, but you won't have any idea how much time is left in the cycle without tracking yourself. The 20-minute increments on timed cycles is a little annoying too. I'd like 10-minute increments at least up to 30 or 40 minutes. I'd appreciate that in particular because it won't fully dry a load on low heat with the sensor. It always needs 10 more minutes, but not necessarily 20 minutes, the lowest timed setting available. Using different cycles, I'd give the sensor capabilities 3 stars.
