Problem over hook up with dryer

I went to store where I bought my dryer and told manager what happy She wrote up a complaint order. They sent a different 2 men came a couple days later and hooked up dryer for me. Everything ended well.

Big difference

Looking and looking at different brands and prices we decided to get this Samsung and let me tell you it was a big difference. What used to like 45 now it dries in 20 minutes.

Great except the vent hose popped off during the first load!
