    Prior to buying this dryer we had a old whirlpool and we thought it was great until it died on us. Looking and looking at different brands and prices we decided to get this Samsung and let me tell you it was a big difference. What used to like 45 now it dries in 20 minutes.

    This is a no frills dryer, but I got it to match the washer I had to purchase during COVID as it was the only one available and I wanted a matching set. I like to use the damp dry option, but this dryer's "damp" is completely bone dry - so I constantly have to monitor when to take the clothes out. (this appears to be the opposite problem of people having the dryer not dry enough!). I also HATE that I can't have a "favorite" option, so every time I turn it on I have to turn if off of the "very dry" option. I would prefer to set it and forget it like my samsung dryer that this one replaced.

    I would recommend this dryer, it has a lot of cycles for drying, the clothes dry fast. Large drum for larger loads, My utility bill is cheaper. Very satisfied costumer.
