I like to use the damp dry option, but this dryer's "damp" is completely bone dry - so I constantly have to monitor when to take the clothes out. (this appears to be the opposite problem of people having the dryer not dry enough!). I also HATE that I can't have a "favorite" option, so every time I turn it on I have to turn if off of the "very dry" option. I would prefer to set it and forget it like my samsung dryer that this one replaced.

After doing a lot of research, and looking for a reason "not" to buy a Samsung... I went ahead and made the purchase. Couldn't find a reason not to and I don't regret it. It is operating perfectly and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend it.

I recently had to purchase the same dryer but the electric one because my new place has no gas lines. The gas dryer is much faster than the electrical one. I purchased the same brand and size just electric.

It was super easy to install and has worked great. Only downside, and may not be an issue for some, but you can't seem to turn off the end of cycle sound and it is very very long!

We just wish the drum had a light inside.

They came in and set everything up and took the old dryer out with no issues. They were professional and very fast. They answered all the questions I had. The dryer is working great!

The technician only had a 4’ hose to connect to the gas outlet, and we had an 8’ on the prior gas dryer so it could be pushed back further.
