I love it and could not be any happier :) This is the best choice

I purchased this as an open box/returned item and good thing I bought the geek squad protection plan. The dryer would sometimes heat, and sometimes not. Geek squad came out and was able to order a replacement part and it works fine now. I'm not sure if it was luck of the draw that it failed on my after a few times of use or what but it works great now.

I have had this dryer for a little over 6 years. It worked great the first few years. I treat my appliances with care and use according to manufacturer suggestions. This dryer on year 5 started having major issues. Would turn on but drum would roll. Had someone come work on it. It had rubbed a bolt almost in half (one that holds the wheel that rotates the drum). That was replaced and 4 months later the wheel broke again. It was catching our clothing in the drum near the blowing vent and melting them.

The dryer is extremely quiet, which was a primary requirement.

Dryer was easy to use and big capacity with anti-wrinkle features.

Good product. Looks great and the delivery process was flawless.

Everything is as expected. My clothes get dried very quickly and the steam feature works like a dream. Very happy with my purchase! PS The cycle-selecting knob is very satisfying to turn and makes a great noise.

So far I'm loving it! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dryer has lots of cycle choices and is large in capacity

It does what its supposed to do. For some reason it seems like it takes much longer to dry clothes (automatic settings). About an hour to dry things, I am used to a timed dryer that I usually set to 30 minutes. My other issue is the top dents easily, be careful.

very good product works as stated and worth the money

The dryer is much quieter than our old one from the 90s. It dries our clothing and blankets as expected but at times, the auto sensor shuts off a bit too soon and we have to put it back on manually.

It seems like a good dryer. Still haven't used everything on it yet. But what I have seems to work well. The only thing I'm not sure about was when I tried to wrinkle setting. My sweater just seemed to get wet and it didn't dry it. Maybe because it was only one thing in the dryer. Not sure why

We have bought many appliances at Best Buy and your sales people are the best. They seem to understand our needs, don't push for a bigger fancier product; and lets face it, bought on Saturday night delivered and installed Sunday..........No further questions your honor.....

This dryer works fine. My only beef with is that you can' t easily override the temperature setting - you have limited combinations and not easy to figure out. I don't like drying my stuff on much higher than Low to avoid shrinkage and fading, so only the timed option. We did get the gas model and it does seem to be more efficient than our previous electric model. Power bill has gone down a bit, too. I have not tried the steam option yet - didn't get it for that. Dryer was my 3rd choice, as the first was too big for my laundry room and second came with a washer that was discontinued so canceled it.

Very quite and shorter drying time compared to my old dryer, which was 13 years old. More options on setting is also useful. The steam feature is a plus.
