This is a great dryer! I love all the bells and whistles the dryer has to offer. It has a great little tune to let you know when the cycle is complete, rather than an annoying buzz. I love the numerous drying options available depending on the load. It also offers drying level options (e.g. less dry, normal dry, more dry, extra dry) depending on the type of clothing. This dryer also stops when it senses that the load is complete, rather than continuing and over heating/drying your items. There is ample space for bedding and large loads. It also comes with a rack for non-tumbling items. If you can afford it, its worth the price! One note: On certain occurrences, the load isn't completely dry. This only occurs when I am drying my comforter. I understand that this is probably due to the fact that the comforter itself doesn't fully rotate within itself; therefore, the dryer thinks its fully dried since it can only sense the outer fabric as dried.

I bought the dryer and washer set last year and after all the stuff about the tops blowing off I was scared of buying a Samsung. Its been a year and no problems. The customer service at Best Buy was amazing in trying to help me switch from a electric to gas. Im a girl, I didn't know. But guess what I found out mine is BOTH. So like any washer and dryer, its going to make a little noise and that's why its in the garage or in my case away from the bedrooms. I have washed giant comforters with no problems. I do have to double wash my dogs blankets. He may be a little chihuahua but he sheds a lot. But whatever the washer does not removed the dryer does it for me. Its easy to use with all the settings. It sings a little melody when its done too. I wish it was wifi so it can notify my phone when its done. The con, we didn't buy the stand. We can't reach down so we use the little metal extension that has a clip at the end that you can open and close. Its used for people who can't reach up to get stuff. Well it works well with the washer and trying to grab the last pairs of socks and undies. lol They should consider selling that with it instead of selling the stands for $300 which makes it look like a giant monster. All in all, happy with the purchase and still working machines.

This dryer is excellent and easy to use. The wrinkle free function turns the clothes out perfect every time, and the steam cycle is very useful.

This is a super huge dryer. It allows me to do twice the laundry as before and everything comes out dry and unwrinkled. There are many settings to choose from including steam in case you have a shirt with those tough to get out wrinkles. This dryer saves me a lot of time. Very quiet. Great product!

Multiple temperature selections including sensor dry and manual settings makes this Samsung dryer appealing. It is large enough for a queen comforter unlike the old dryer. There are still settings that have not been tried, but so far the opinion is it highly efficient and easy to use.

I have the gas version of this drier. It holds a ton of laundry and dries very well. It is very quiet. The steam feature is great for freshening up curtains.

Happy with our purchase thus far. Clothes are dry when we use this machine. Not noticeablely loud by any means. Dryer door is reversible. There are more settings than we know what to do with.

Our Samsung dryer is the best we've had, we dry large loads much quicker. The steam setting we don't use often but comes in handy when we forget a load in the dryer.

The dryer works quietly and for the most part, meets my needs. I am still figuring out which settings work best for which type of load, but expect to be satisfied.

We couldn't get a larger dryer due to space limitations, but this one does the trick very well. It is not on any sort of pedestal and my third trimester pregnant 5'4" wife is (barely) able to reach all the clothes at the bottom -- easier with a step-stool though.
