Look great and quiet. Sale price was awesome. This was a gift for my brother new home, wish I bought myself a set too.

I haven't read the users manual yet, so I haven't used all the different settings, but it was easy enough to operate that I didn't need the manual. So that's a strike in it's favor right away! I'm anxious to use the steam setting. As soon as we got it and it's matching washer, I did all the blankets and comforters in the house. So nice not to go to the laundromat for these!

The dry is wonderful. I haven't used the steam feature yet but have used many of the other settings. I am very pleased that the low heat setting is in fact very low so it doesn't damage delicate items. My one complaint is the lint filter. It does not capture as much of the lint as it should and I have to remove the lint filter and vacuum inside the unit frequently. I have not had this issue before with less expensive dryers.

I purchased the dryer to replace a dryer that was 20+ years old. There was a small learning curve as the dial labels were completely different than what I was used to but now (have used the dryer for 3 months) I have no problems. Love the towel dry setting. My thickest towels dry the first time in the dryer. Used the steam setting once and was very happy. So far so good. Hope the dryer lasts as long as my other dryer.

Dryer is great for someone like me. It's pretty much select a setting and off it goes.

This dryer is ok for the price paid. Purchased it on sale for $850, but I don't believe it's worth the extra $300 at retail.

Great gas dryer! King size comforter is really dry with just the normal setting.

I replaced my old dryer which added stain on my clothes. This one is quiet. I also like the steam dry option. I took 2 stars off because the issues I have with Best Buy/Pacific Sales. I added "Hawl Away" to carry away my old dryer. I put my old one in front of the house to get ready for pick up. Someone picked it up. I called back to cancel. No credit was returned. The second issue was the delivery guy. I bought gas line for $31.99. The guy didn't even bring the original in to try. He just installed a Duratac gas line. I asked him that I ordered gas line shown yellow color from the website. He said that the original doesn't fit. Shouldn't he tell me first? He didn't say anything else after left . I felt something wrong. I checked online for that Duratac gas line. It only costs $7.99. I called Best Buy/Pacic Sale. They said they would credit back. I still got the same price from the original from my statements a month later. I spent 1 hour and 19 mins to contact Best Buy/Pacific Sales. They promised they will call me back to clear it. Hopefully, they will keep their promise

I get my laundry done in half the time. I would definitely recommend this model
