Not happy with Best Buy installers

Back when the installers set up the washer and dryer they were acting a little stressed and tried to hurry out. I thought it was odd but ignored it. Now, a few years later, I’m swapping the 3 prong power cable they installed for a 4 prong required at my new house and I find they had broken off a screw in the terminal and just jammed a completely different screw in to attach the lead. I found this today when opening that panel for the first time since it was installed. The dryer itself has been mostly fine, but I’m pretty frustrated with Best Buy as there’s no support and I’m guessing I’m going to have to figure out how to fix this myself or pay someone when I just bought a house. I get that it wouldn’t have been great for their schedule for the installers to do the right thing here that day, but that was a serious fire hazard and now a problem for me when I’m busy enough after moving. Might start shopping elsewhere for my electronics and appliances. Not happy right now.

I think the black is so much sleeker. It’s so easy to operate and quiet. I actually enjoy the Samsung jingle it plays when it finishes drying. Can’t wait to have all Samsung appliances in the house.

It has so many options and it dries my king size bedspread with no problems. Plenty of room in this dryer and I highly recommend!

It has worked great! There are several options for Quick Dry, Wrinkle Care, and others that make it really nice to use. My previous dryer was a lot simpler so I had to learn how to use this one, but it has been great and my laundry is always dry! I would recommend this dryer if you're looking.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read the reviews did some research and seemed like a great machine for the price ordered it had it delivered and installed they did an amazing job only downside was the brand new machine didn’t work the installers tried for 15 minutes took the machine got me in contact with customer service which I’m sure they didn’t have to do it was greatly appreciated had to wait 3 more days for another brand new one which is working so far so I guess I’m glad I got the extended warranty

We've had zero issues with ours and it was a much needed upgrade for our home. Only thing I didn't realize was this washer dryer combo doesn't have SmartThings app capability. I know some new ones you can monitor your loads of laundry on an app but ours doesn't have that so if you'd like that make sure to check the description and features before purchasing.
