Technically, they both worked. Sure, the washer shook the entire house no matter what speed you put it on and the dryer often had to be run multiple times to avoid being left with moist clothes, but they still *worked*. I have not regretted a single moment since I decided to take the plunge. From the excellent delivery/installation team to the performance of the units themselves, I only wish I'd bought new ones earlier. Both handle huge loads with ease and easy more effectively than the old front loaders. I wasn't sure how well the washer would work without an agitator, but there was nothing to worry about. And the dryer saves us energy and time by getting it done the first time.

The moisture meter is not accurate at all so most functions don't work because it turns off when it thinks the clothes are dry...THEY NEVER ARE. At first I would start the dry process over again and again they still weren't getting dry...Well basically now I only use the Time Dry function and that is the only thing that works to get the clothes dry.
