Really love the new dryer. Love being able to adjust the temperature and dryness settings. The Wrinkle Away and Refresh cycles are outstanding for clothes that you did not take out of the dryer as soon as they finished and for a item that you have not worn in a while to freshen it up.

Love the dryer it’s has been solid and is easy to operate. The cool thing I loved about this was I was able to flip the door to swing the way I wanted. I bought the set both washer and dryer and am really pleased I did.

Dryer worked great until it didn't. Purchased 2/2020 and this week heard a loud thumping sound. Opened the dryer to find the drum was cracked. Online search shows this is a common problem with these dryers and Samsung is doing nothing about it. When contacted, they offered to have a service tech call me to set up an appointment at my expense. I purchased 2 Samsung applicances at the same time and all 3 have had issues. The company isn't what it used to be. Buyer beware!

My husband and I have used a 17 year old washer and dryer set for the last 5 years.. it was time for an upgrade. We love our new dryer! We have two labs and it seems to really catch a lot of the hair in the lint compartment (in comparison to our old dryer). We would definitely recommend.

We’ve had the dryer and washer set for almost 4 months now and I’m still pleased with them. The dryer is efficient and dries fast. I really like the wrinkle guard option so your clothes stays wrinkle-free if you are a little late to pulling clothes out.

The dryer works great, I love the color and display. I've decided that the steam sanitize cycle is my favorite. I work with oil and it does wonders for my oily work clothes, they almost feel brand new. Overall great design and drys very well.

Large capacity - I was worried how the lint trap is but it’s actually pretty easy to clean dries very well even with the “dampness” sensor

Love this dryer! It is so good. Easy to clean lint catcher. Many easy to use settings. We also love the steamer option.

We have upgraded to this washer and dryer after using the very basic one for 11 years and very much satisfied after almost 2 months of use. It weighs your laundry to provide the water needed and the time for type you selected thus uses less water and electricity.

Owned for 5 months and no issues so far. There are a ton of settings that we really haven’t used. I do like the wrinkle prevent that turns the dryer back on every so often until you are ready to get the clothes out. I wish the normal setting would allow you to adjust the dryer temperature.

It's great the variety of settings that are available which helps when washing more delicate clothing, however the drying sensor isn't very good and will leave clothes wet if you're not careful to separate and unfold them before drying.

I really like the way this looks. It’s super sleek. I like all of the available settings. The only thing I have trouble with is the sensor finishes the cycle before the clothes are fully dry. I always have to restart it on a timed dry.

This is a great dryer and the steam feature works very well. The dryer is SILENT throughout the cycle and dries LARGE loads of clothes in one try.

Been using this washer and dryer for a month now and love it. It cleans very well and has every setting I would need for my clothes. I also highly reccomend the protection plan Best Buy provides. The delivery and installation team did a phenomenal job.

Product works well, however I wouldnt consider it excellent condition considering all of the scratches and dents all over it, more like fair condition.

Replaced my similar Samsung dryer with this one. We were surprised how quiet it was and like the look of this one. Easy to use, no complaints.

We bought the pair for our new home. I really like this dryer. It has a great selection for different types of clothes. Beware though. It sings a song every time the load is finished that can be quite annoying. Otherwise, it does a fantastic job.
