Purchased on 8/28. Scheduled delivery on 8/31 between 0800-1200 was late to original commitment time. Delivery pushed to 1400-1800 without noticed. Once items were delivered correct power pigtail was not available. Team committed to completing a new install the following day. No follow up calls to schedule new appointment. 24 hours have passed. Called Best Buy three times to try and resolve (long hold times, call drop offs, no confirmation provided). Last call informed me that tickets have been put in with back office. Estimated time to be contacted 24-48 hours to reschedule new install time. Which means at least an additional three days before an install can occur. Summary: ( peanut butter— no jelly, ham — no bread, cereal— milk, washer — no dyer, Best Buy — no service)

Its been over a month and I love it. It drysgreat. Its quiet and easy to use. I really love the Refresh and Wrinkle free settings. The only thing I don't like it I have to wipe it off all the time due to finger smudges or hand prints.

Our old dryer was over 10 years old and started causing stains on our clothes. This new dryer is great, it's quiet and there are so many features. I cannot wait to set up and use the steam options.

We have been needing to upgrade from a 13 year old dryer, it just wasn't getting the job done anymore. Now I can dry a load and it only takes 1 cycle! The settings are really easy to use. Its very sleek and modern. Overall great deal. The only CON is that my dog flips out over the sound it makes, my next task...turn off the music it makes.

I hate to wax poetic about an appliance... so I won't. This thing works. It's quiet, it's fast, it's efficient and I can take the wrinkles out of some clothes with it. It sings to me when it's done and It holds LOTS of clothes. the Best Buy people installed it in 15 minutes; if I wasn't 71 and didn't feel like schlepping a used dryer out and dumping it I could have done it myself. So unless you need a dryer, don't spend several hundred dollars on this thing. But if you need a dryer, this one's a very good one and it's worth the money.

Love this Samsung dryer that replaced an LG. It's elegant looking, with dark charcoal colored, smudge proof finish. It's efficient, energy-savimg, and effective in drying our clothes. Love it...so quiet, too. Very happy with this choice and the purchase and highly recommend it.

Dryer does what it's supposed to do. Easy to use. Capacity is great because can dry a lot of clothes at the same time. Sometimes uave had to dry clothes more because stops before clothes are completely dry, sensor issue. Overpriced as well.

This dryer is awesome. It's large, it's dries efficiently and it can steam your clothes if you're too lazy to iron it. It even plays a very interesting song when it's done drying. It's a great blend of low-tech reliability with high-tech features. My elderly parents aren't afraid to use it.

We bought this as a washer/dryer pair and I think out decision was a good one. The build quality and performance are top notch. This dryer has loads of settings, dries clothes quickly and has endless temperature and dryness settings. We have not used the steam feature yet, but everything else has been flawless. It is quiet in operation, is intuitive to operate, and looks great. My only very minor complaint is that the top is sloped. We tend to put some things on top of the dryer like clothes we pull out until we have them all, and some things can slide off. Capacity is great and i love the large glass front.

Very powerful dryer. Definitely worth checking out the instructions and learning about the different settings (there are alot of them). Havent got to use the steam option yet though, which is one reason I purchased. Great dryer so far and much quieter than my old ones.

This Samsung Dryer I bought in December 2020 is quiet efficient and will sing a song to let you know that the job is done! It has a sensor that would optimized the level of heat necessary to dry your clothes the more efficient way!

Great quality. Quiet and efficient. Steam cycles are extremely useful for quick touch-ups and getting dog hair off of things. Would be nice if the cycle finished alert was a little louder, but that's a minor detail. The black stainless color is pretty cool, too.

I bought the dryer because it matched the washer I bought. It's a bigger dryer than anything I've had before. At first my clothes took FOREVER to dry. It turns out there are a couple of selections that default to "Eco." You can turn Eco off. The owner's manual says it uses less energy but can take 2 - 3 times as long to dry. I have no idea how that's using less energy. Read the owner's manual. I saw complaints about the alarm being a long, annoying song. You can turn it off. Instructions are in the manual. There's a setting so you can keep your clothes going after they're dry so they don't wrinkle, in case you can't get to them right away. I like to take my clothes out of the dryer and fold them on top of the washer and dryer. The top of dryer is slanted, so it's a little challenging. I would get it again.

Recently bought this dryer in 15 minutes on my phone hoping it would match washer bought months earlier. Perfect match, runs very quiet, dries quicker than dryer it replaced and I am a fan of the simple door hinges.
