Capable product from Samsung. Many basic setting leave clothes damp and then it is a battle to get them finally dry. Get to know what dryness setting your clothes require. Also, careful with sheets as it tend to ball them up, leaving them wet on the inside.

Good quality dryer. Only flaw is I put a normal sized load in and put it on the normal setting with sense dry. But a few clothing articles will still be a little bit wet so the sensor isn't totally on point. A fix, use manual settings to time it appropriately.

I am really enjoying my dryer. The Geek squad came out and did a wonderful job installing the dryer for me. They kept me updated with their estimated time of arrival. Everything went well. I am very satisfied!!

This dryer has more options than I've ever used so I can't speak to all the bells and whistles. I can say my drying time has been drastically reduced resulting in lower electric bills. The tub has more space than I can reasonably use and dries even a king-sized comforter in a very short amount of time. The slanted top took some getting used to as I previously placed items on top of my old dryer. The instruction manual says it is smartthings comparable but this unit does not seem to be supported in the app.

this dryer is doing it's job, it's appeared to dry cloth little faster than previous Samsung dryer, I noticed that heat temperature was as high as previous, so far we're pretty happy with this dryer

We have been using this for a month now. Everything seems to be fine. We have not had any issues with it. The installation by Best Buy was great. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional.

I like how quiet it is and it plays a song when it’s finished. Dries very well so far, but it’s been only day 3. Easy to operate.

I love this dryer, it is so quiet and the cloths come out perect every time with only one cylcle.

The washer and dryer are nice and smaller. Unfortunately, every cycle on the washer takes over an hour. There beeps for everything and the washing machine is relatively loud.

These appliances have delivered everything I expected from Samsung. They are very easy/intuitive to use and perform as well as expected. We’re glad we chose the dark color because it gives an up-to-date look.

I’ve owned this for about 3 months and the only issue I’ve had is the worthless promise of being able to control with your phone. I paid about $600 on sale and I don’t think this is worth full price. This has a huge load capacity, great modern look.

This dryer gets the clothes dry quick! It is a little louder than I expected but I don’t mind it, the steam sanitize is awesome for my sheets and towels, it gives them a really fresh and “fluffy” feel

Really good set of machines. Ordered them in black but white set was delivered. Kept the white set with a promise for a steam cleaning kit to compensate me for the mistake (Still waiting on the kit). Great installation service from Best Buy.

Love this dryer. Gets clothes dried with out over drying and is easy to use. The steam piece is wonderful!

The dryer works well. It came in with some cosmetic damage. Best Buy offered a credit or replacement. Since the damage was in the back I took the credit. It works well and I am pleased with the dryer.
