Posted .Kaylonie, I understand how frustrating it can be when results and expectations do not meet. Sensor Dry cycles use a sensor inside the dryer to detect when the laundry is dry. This can extend or reduce the length of the cycle as necessary. For best results, use this feature when drying the same type of laundry. If the sensors are not clean, the dryer may think the clothes are dry long before they actually are. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
