We have a family of 6 and lots of laundry each week. This dries fast and have a large capacity. No issues. They came in and took my old one out and installed a the new one in under 30 mins. Great service.

It’s been said not to use dryer sheets as they are said to leave a residue behind but to use dryer balls. We are using wool dryer balls and they, with the dryer leave clothes and towels very soft.

Super easy to use. Best Buy installers did an amazing job. They unloaded both the washer and dryer, hooked them up, and then walked us through how to use each unit. Wonderful experience.

The steam is good but it seems like it just leaves clothes wet. Im not sure if the nozzle is set wrong or broken. But everything else works great. Sleek, easy to use. Looks great with the matching washer.

In April, I would start the dryer and in a few minutes the cycle would finish. I have had this happen many times, but due to the COVID19 Best Buy can't come to check this out. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to frustrate me.
