Best Buy had the best price compared to all competitors and delivery was fast and efficient. We love the dryer features, it is so easy to use, easy to clean and dries clothes fast.

The washer does not fill up with water completely for certain wash cycles, it leaves a great deal of lint on clothes (and I do not wash lights with darks) and finally, the machine is starting to rust near the bleach try. Do not buy this product.

Only complaint is I’m short and can’t reach the back of the washer so I have to spin the drum to get those items. Other than that they’re perfect

Have had the set for a week and am not loving them. Twice I have had to re wash a load because clothes were not getting cleaned. Thank God I bought these at Best Buy. I request an exchange for different brand. Best Buy made exchanging process so incredibly easy and convenient.
