Very large capacity. Works great, easy to use. Love the steam cycle for those clothes I let sit in the dryer a little too long.

Many settings options. Easy to operate. Not noisy. No vibration problems. Big door, big lint trap, adequate interior light.

We haven't owned this dryer for too long but so far it's been okay. We owned a smaller Samsung dryer (also purchased at best buy) that worked amazingly and always dried our clothes thoroughly. I unfortunately can't say the same for this dryer. I'm unsure if it's a sensor thing but it usually stops drying our clothes when it's still damped. Thankfully we purchased the proteccion plan and might be calling someone to come check it out. Aside from that issue the dryer looks amazing, has a lot of options to choose from when drying clothes, easy to use, and fit perfectly in my laundry room.

Gets the clothes dry and no issues so far. The washer and dryer set are nice set but the washer I am not the biggest fan of.

The features of this dryer are so incredible I was even looking for the iron and fold cycle ;-) The drum is so large it can dry almost 2x the amount of old dryers. Clothes come out smelling so fresh and don’t lose their shape . The internal drum light enables the user to view inside while clothes are drying. The steam cycle enables clothes to come out wrinkly free. The style is sleek and modern. While running, the dryer is very quiet. It’s been a huge help to have such a wonderful appliance.

The dryer is literally the party set to the washer! Upholds the name with settings that gives you more than enough options. No more cramming to fit as much as you can or having to wait to dry from your first wash. Heck I can fit inside with my 3 dogs and a pillow! Again lots of settings choices and a lovely voice when she’s done instead of that old nag nelly who used to BEEP BEEP at you for nothing you did. Now I haven’t used the steamer just yet so I can’t praise on that but I am sure she won’t let me down

We've owned this dryer for about a month now. There's a TON of room in it! It's easy to use and very attractive as well. We would recommend it so far!

Samsung outdid themselves with this pair. Easy to use, tons of options, and classy in black. I like doing the laundry now!

Easy to operate. Dries clothes in a reasonable timeframe. End of cycle sound in much more pleasant than the old buzzer

Large capacity, quieter then any previous dryer I have ever owned, and with plenty of options for all sorts of clothes. One of the things I do enjoy the most is the steam, which allows clothes to be dried to almost clothes dried outdoors, with a nice clean and fresh smell.

We purchased washer and dryer and were hesitant based on some things we saw on reviews. Glad we bought them now. We love them.

Just with the matching washing machine, I love that this machine can hold large sizes such as king sized bed comforters and blankets. The downside is keeping the outside of the machine clean because it shows every spec of dust! The one thing that annoys me is you cannot set a timer on the delicate load for minutes of run time. For example, if I want it to run 35 minutes-it won't do that. The sensors sometimes stop drying a load sooner than it should be stopped. Although I do like when it adds time on it sown when a load isn't completely dry.

Love my new dryer! It has so many great features....like the steam! I can easily fit a huge comforter in it.

Love how quiet the washer is! Can fit king size bedding with no problem and not left feeling like my items weren’t clean!
