But mine was 4 years old.... the only one that I found was an updated model. I Went to 2 other big name stores, Best Buy was $300 cheaper....... no brainer!!!!! Bought it online.

We have had this for a few months now and we are having problems with getting our blankets fully dried. We have dried them multiple times and still have damp parts. We have been having some problems with drying our hoodies as well. All in all a good product but juit's good product but just wish it would dry a little better.

It holds detergent for up to 30 loads and the washer has a pre treat tray. We got them for $799 a pc. I suggest visiting the closest Best Buy and going in to take a look. They have great deals on open box stuff that’s not always posted online.

Showed up different day and not within the prescribed delivery times. Had to have a second crew come out week later. Very poor communication. Not at all happy with the quality of delivery and installers.
